Preordered over3 months ago. Advised this week it would come soon. Not arrived yet. Royal Mail cannot update tracking so dont know when it will be deliverex. Before this, I am asked to review!!! Not the first class service I would have expected. Very disappointed.

Excellent beautiful

Customer service was a great help, a puzzle arrived very damaged.when I phoned they were so kind to send a replacement. It arrived in great condition, it is a Christmas gift so I couldn’t use the damaged one.

This puzzle was hard to find, so happy I was able to order it here! The puzzle arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The packaging was secure and intact. Looking forward to putting it together!

I don’t understand all these bad reviews? I entered the competition on the tv I got a phone call 2 weeks later saying I’m in the final draw for £11,000 I paid £1.95 for postage and was told i have a two week free trial and could cancel anytime and I waited for my parcel to come and was able to get in touch straight away and cancel my subscription I have been doing these puzzles for years now!

Great service but quality of puzzle was not with several pieces where ends were loose and one piece where end was broken off.

I was able to change my order as I was waiting for a pre released to another jigsaw as the pre release was taking a while to come into stock, very well packaged.

I’m very pleased with the puzzle and the packaging is very well packaged it through the post. I just wish that you would post sooner and quicker I feel like I’m waiting forever for you to send your puzzles out to me.

This company has oodles of wonderful Jigsaws. If like me you are a brand fanatic ( in my case Wasgij) you will be kept up to date with regular e-mails either for stock, your pre order and the delivery of your order
