This is my second purchase from puzzle post and although the game hasnt yet been played I was disappointed with the condition it arrived in. My first purchase came in a cardboard envelope and arrived in perfect condition. This time it was dispatched in a standard envelope with everything inside squashed and bent . As this was a gift I've had to re- pack everything in a different envelope. Not ideal really .

Easy ordering and speedy dispatch. Item received in good condition and bonus it was 20% off. Not done it yet as bought as a gift for a dinner party host hut judging by previous similar purchases I expect it be excellent value for money

Quick delivery, lovely puzzles to play with my 10 year old.

Bought the Zoo puzzle for my grandchildren. Ended up spending over an hour just trying to match "animal footprints" to reveal a message from zookeeper Ben. Had to resort to random number generation in the end as one of the prints was actually attributed to the Zoo restaurant!! Emailed user support who initially offered a refund, only to be told that as we'd bought the puzzle through a 3rd party we weren't eligible for a refund and to take it up with the company who'd supplied it. Waste of time and money

Quick & easy to order. I love Escape Rooms and I think this is a brilliant new take on them. I plan to use mine for my Hen Party.

Everything was great from start to finish. Excellent price with first purchase discount code. Emailed with regard to speed of delivery. Communication was exceptional. Placed the order and it arrived early. The puzzles were quite tricky and kept the whole family busy for a couple of hours. Adding the code to give a birthday message was brilliant.

Genuinely a lot of fun! Well thought out clues and perfect for a beginner level. Still took him a good hour though! Definitely geared more to being sent as a surprise, so would work well to post to someone outside your own house. Otherwise just hide it when it arrives and drop it on the doormat when needed. Practice your confused face!

Just bought the latest puzzle post escape room Sabotage. Looking forward to joining friends for an evening of sleuthing. Already tried 3 other of their escape rooms and each one was fun and so clever to use your phone and computer. The packaging comes in the form of a large envelope and arrives on time and in good condition. Plenty of teamwork needed.

Great to do something in the evening other than watch tv. Really gets your brain working and great excitement in our group every time we discovered another part of the puzzle.
