I made an appointment to have some family items looked at. The store was so professional. They don't buy the kinds of things I had to sell. They were free with their knowledge and really good advice. I am so appreciative.

I made an appointment and no one was…

I made an appointment and no one was there. When I text this company they said they didn’t see my appointment but sent me a reminder. I was contacted back but was not offered to reschedule my free appraisal.
I never purchased anything from this company

Honest and informative

The honesty of the agent during my visit was really appreciated. She could have low balled me like a pawn shop, but instead explained why real diamonds are not pricing very well at this time. Telling me it would be in my better interest to wait. I love that this was NOT a "pawn shop".
