Love it!

I didn’t give it a full 5 stars only because I unknowingly signed up for a subscription when placing my order—but honestly, customer service completely turned that around for me. As soon as I received the first refill confirmation email, I reached out, and they responded quickly, applied a discount, and adjusted my deliveries to every 6 months instead of monthly. That level of support made a big difference!
Now for the product itself—I absolutely love this water flosser! It arrived quickly, and after about a month of consistent use, I couldn’t be happier. The attachments are super versatile and incredibly easy to switch out. My first time using it was a bit messy (definitely a learning curve!), but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. I started on the lowest setting and gradually worked my way up, which made the transition really comfortable.
The floss drops are a game changer—I love how fresh and clean my teeth feel afterward! It seriously feels like a professional-level clean every time I use it. I do have to refill the reservoir more than once during a session, but it’s such a minor inconvenience, especially since the unit is perfect for traveling.
Overall, I’m really impressed and so glad I gave this a try!

I received the product and love the product..What I am angry about is Puursmile keeps trying to charge my card 100.00 for more products..I didn't sign up for a subscription!! No heads up, just try to charge!! Not Cool!!!

Love this water flosser

Love this water flosser. It's definitely the best one I've used. I recently recommended this to my daughter. It just makes your mouth feel so clean and I've really become addicted to using it. I did have an issue with a re-order but customer service was johnny on the spot and resolved it within hours. 10 stars all the way

Impossible to Cancel!!!!

I cannot use this product. Their website states that if you want to cancel there is a link to do so on every order email notification. That is a bold-faced LIE. There is absolutely no link on the order confirmation. When you go to the order itself on the website there is no cancellation link. I have replied to their order confirms several times telling them to cancel, to no avail. They just keep charging and charging and charging!!!! Their subscription plans are a scam and their products are not great.

Customer service is EXCELLENT
I sent an email regarding issues with the battery charge. They answered right away and were able to help me.
The initial order enrolled me in a monthly subscription (watch for that)
which I did not agree to.
I refused the delivery and a credit was issued. Marie has been wonderful during the whole process.
They do have EXCELLENT customer service which is so RARE these days.

I originally lost my charger and…

I originally lost my charger and reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and were able to send me a replacement for a very reasonable cost. More recently, I noticed that my water tank had developed two cracks. I contacted them again and received a response almost immediately. They asked for photos of the damage and the model information, and within just a few days they shipped me a replacement tank at no charge.

I’ve been extremely impressed with both the product and the customer service. The team was responsive, helpful, and stood behind their product. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly takes care of its customers. Highly recommend

Very happy with my Puur purchase!

Ordering my Puur was very easy.
Delivery was right on time.
My experience using it so far is great! My teeth feel so clean and have whitened some.
I really wanted the toothbrush but didn't want to be locked in on monthly deliveries. I appreciated the cancelation of my subscriptions knowing I can order new brushes and other items when I need!
I will highly recommend to my family and friends!

I use my flosser everyday and had…

I use my flosser everyday and had gotten into a regular routine and I went to charge it back up and it wouldn’t do anything.. but after reaching out o their customer support and showed them pics and video of the malfunction. They were very polite and the new water flosser is on its way now. I’m very thankful of their support. I also can’t wait wait to use my flosser again!

Product is great. The subscription service was a little to aggressive in consideration or proudct consumption. But I was able to get it aligned to my needs and very happy with the product and benefit to my dental health and wellbeing.

Immediate subscription at purchase

I liked the product, it does what it's made for BUT, it doesn't hold a charge very long. It should have come with an outlet adapter. The water tank emptied quite quickly, refilled at least 3 times every use on medium setting. Customer service on phone seems a little stale. Also when purchase is made you are automatically put on a subscription! Having limited mobility I have to chase down the UPS driver for the next order sent in order to return! In my development it's pretty much drop and run. Purr will not send me a lable, they REALLY need to change that!

After researching available flossers, I found the one by Puursmile the best choice for my periodontal needs. Having purchased it in October of 2025, I have found it to be an excellent choice and my periodontist agreed. Recently, the unit stopped charging. After contacting Puursmile and presenting them with information regarding the unit’s issue with charging, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. I now have a new unit. I cannot express how impressed and pleased I am with this company and their product. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
