Lovely product that really works. Excellent customer service

So far a good product. I had some issues with my ikea tap and they had a solution for everything, and even sent me the things I needed for free. Filter do take a while to arrive , so plan in advance.

The water from my tap is now better than the bottled water from the shop. Very happy

Have used it for 6 months just inserted the 3rd cartridge, there is a difference in taste to the water, in a good way and the kettle seems to take longer furring up.
No other way of testing it other than sending it to the laboratory every 4 weeks or so

I ordered the tap and shower filters for cleaner water and help with skin health.
The products are well built using quality metal and easy to install.
Since using them I’ve noticed the drinking water feels cleaner and there’s no aftertaste in the water we used to have.
There was a minor issue regarding the non arrival of some filter cartridges but this was dealt with very quickly. Communications were polite, professional and fixed the issue. I would recommend Puure if you’re looking for cleaner water solutions as their products and customer care are great.

Great idea, using it and very happy. The package includes different types of connections and is suitable for different types of the taps. Keep in mind you need to put away some part of your tap in order to connect the filter system. For this you need some basic instruments. But the process itself took maximal 2 minutes.

Puure tap water filter is easy to install and the taste difference is amazing! It tastes so clean as compared to the normal tap water. It tastes a lot better than bottled water 💧

It's a great tap filter but there wasn't much taste change. I do believe that it has removed the plastics and the chemicals though. You have to be realistic with this sort of filter and I'll continue to buy the cartridges.

I love the practicality of the filter and the fact that it gets rid of so many nasties in the water compared to your traditional water filter. I also like the sleek design. My only complaint is that I’ve found it tends to leak/drip slightly when the normal tap is running after a few months of use.

Although delivery took longer than I was hoping the water filter was easy to install and water taste is good.
I did contact customer services about my limescale removal concerns but they said their filters do not remove the calcium and magnesium elements.
Thats fine as I have purchased a Brita jug filter to use specifically for the coffee machine and kettle and use the Puure filter for better quality drinking water from the tap.

I get notifications when my filter needs changing, also when I’m due a new batch, makes life easy when your getting older. Everything takes place smoothly

Have only been using the filter for a few days now but have certainly noticed how much better the water tastes
Up to now my husband and I have been using a jug filter with all the faff it involved. Very happy with the Puure filters. Would certainly recommend them.

I don’t really know, I am trusting that the filter works. When I change mine it’s as white and as clean as it went in so not sure if it is filtering the nasties! Is this normal?

I've had great service by the team members . It's been a bit long before I could ift it ages od tap. All been done all working fantastic I do a lot of sport now I don't get bottled water at all . Straight from the tap and it been a pleasure to drink it . Which before I only had boiled water cooled down . It's fabulous.

Easy to fit.No more filter jugs! In use 2 weeks water tastes much better.

The filters are very simple to use, we are pleased with the taste of our tap water now. It's good to know that the impurities are filtered out.
The company is quick to respond to any queries. The replacement filters take a long time to be delivered, make sure they are re-ordered in good time, so that you don't run out, as what happened to us!

Drinkable water from the tap- no overpowering chemical tones, and knowing that the filtered water TASTES better and ACTUALLY is better for you/me/us.

Installation was easy enough , filter readings were the same on both outputs so it took a few minutes to settle. But yes better tasting cleaner water that does clog my kettle which stays lime free boil after boil. I don’t miss the heavy chlorine taste either,

I had no idea I was drinking such a bad tasting water until I installed Puure. The taste, the freshnes and even the strenght at how water comes out of the tap is just fantastic!
