Shoes not true to size
I ordered shoes but the delivery took longer than expected and the size is absolutely not true to size. I ordered size 45 and got a 44/45, but the fit is like a 41. Very disappointing. I am now trying to return them.

They made a mistake and the customer service sophie was good on her word and handled my complaint well and solved my problem as fast as they could. That was good!
