Scam
Ordered the laser, case and precision cup on 24 July. After a lot of chasing they told me that product was stuck in customs for a while. Finally received package on 23 August but only included a laser from Shuhe in China. I received no case or precision cup. Chased multiple times but they then just ignored me. The laser is £15 on AliExpress but they charged me £30. Overall my experience was really poor and think this is a scam. There is a new site offering the same products called Plusputt and I would be concerned this is the same scam

Having read the other reviews I had to have my say
Ordered the PuttALine laser and case on the 2nd August 2025. It eventually arrived on the 30th, but no protective case. I have emailed twice about it with no response. The website also appears to be having trouble. So I assume something has happened to them. I paid via paypal and went through there case resolutions. They refunded me the cost of the case £8. I would advise any others to maybe do the same.
