Worst customer service!
My husband signed up for this company’s dropshipping/e-commerce program without first receiving the documentation needed to make an informed financial decision. Despite requesting a significant upfront payment, the company did not provide a written proposal, marketing plan, case studies, sales projections, supplier information, or a clear explanation of how sales would be generated.
I later spoke with Alex kamble, who identified himself as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. I requested the company’s FEIN and supporting documents for due diligence, but we still have not received a marketing proposal or meaningful information explaining the business model, fees, risks, or projected sales.
When I continued asking reasonable questions, the conversation shifted toward my family’s finances and personal decisions. I found this inappropriate and extremely unprofessional. He repeatedly talked over me and seemed more focused on pressuring us and defending the sale than answering my questions. He also did not want to refer me to a supervisor or anyone else who could address my concerns. Only after I firmly insisted did he reluctantly offer to connect me with someone.
We canceled within the contract’s three-business-day cancellation period and requested written confirmation. The missing documentation, pressure-based tactics, conflicting information, and unwillingness to escalate our concerns raised serious red flags.
After reading other publicly posted reviews, including reviews from people who say they have worked for the company, I am even more concerned that our experience may reflect broader problems within the organization. Prospective customers should carefully review those experiences, request everything in writing, and independently verify the company’s claims before signing or paying.
