All information on their website appears to be LIES
I find it interesting that their website doesn't list an address for where the company is located in an easy to find place and it's not super specific, but they reference in their FAQs that they "proudly ship all orders locally from the United States." They also state that for the US, delivery is 2-5 days (it doesn't even specify "business days". The email confirmation I got with the tracking number 3 days ago (1 day after my order was placed and they took my money) interestingly takes me to a tracking site where it states my package is being shipped from China to the US, so that first part seems to be a blatant LIE. Then there's that 2-5 day window - the package in China still hasn't been picked up by the carrier 3 days later and 5 BUSINESS days will be this Friday (2-5 CALENDAR days from delivery confirmation would've been any time from yesterday through the day after tomorrow), so that isn't looking likely. The address for the company, when Googled, is not local to the US at all - it's in AUSTRALIA! So that was ANOTHER LIE! I hope the product itself doesn't suck (if I ever get it - many are saying they never got their order and the company is taking no responsibility and telling the customer to take it up with the logistics company), but I don't see any other reason that a company would tell that many blatant lies for orders. There are few things I hate more than dishonest companies. I wouldn't even be surprised to find they don't actually donate to cats whatsoever.
