Great service, great product, great people

I needed a replacement GSD t-shirt and they had the exact one as I once had. Thank you.

The shirt is pretty and good quality. Shipping was fast.

When it turned out that the shirt I ordered was unavailable, I asked if I could swap it for two shirts of a slightly lesser price and just pay the difference, but they let me just order them and ignore the extra couple dollars!!! Also, my order came two days earlier than USPS estimated — just in time for Christmas!

I ordered from purple turtle for the very first time a few days ago.

This morning I was informed by ASOS that my parcel had been delivered. I have been in my house all day, nobody has knocked on my door, and when I went to check There was no parcel at the door. So I panicked because of the amount of money I spent. ASOS were amazing. They sent me a picture of two parcels outside my house and Royal Mail were claiming that they had left it in a safe place when I live on a road and my door doesn’t have awe’re amazing. There was no card posted through my door and when I saw the picture there were actually two parcels there.

Everything has been sorted with ASOS, but unfortunately purple turtle decided to send me an email accusing me of being fraudulent! in my opinion, this is gaslighting because somebody has obviously stolen my parcels. I am currently waiting for another reply because this is a completely unacceptable way to treat customers let alone accuse them of being fraudulent. I have the message saved in my email which I will be posting on social media for everybody to see how disrespectful the email was. Not only have I had my parcel stolen. I am now being called fraudulent.

I would give a warning to any customers waiting to receive a parcel to be extra vigilant because if you are in the same position as me don’t count on them being professional or helpful. You will lose the money you have spent and I will be taking this further.

I was in a bind for a child’s Halloween costume and they were so responsive and went out of their was to make sure the baby scrubs were in my hands quickly!

Love the color choices for the shirts as well as the quality. I now own 24 Palmetto polo shirts in so many colors.

Your shirt arrived in a timely fashion as indicated from your company however it arrived with spots on the material. I sent you a picture via email.
You guys responded very quickly and professionally which was greatly appreciated.
We have agreed to see if the spots come with washing. If so - great. If not we agreed to an easy return.
Either way - I’m more than satisfied AND will shop with Purple Turtle again.

The Palmetto Moon logo polo shirts were of good quality and construction and the fit was perfect. The only negative was rather significant puckering of the logo after washing and drying. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Fast service for a polo shirt not available in stores where I live

Had a very good experience with Purple Turtle support team. The candles I ordered were discontinued but they had three old ones in their warehouse. But because the candles were not in good shape, they shipped them to me and refunded my entire charge. Who does that? I will definitely be shopping with this company again.
