Pretty good

Pretty good. Looks beautiful. The screens are easy to tear and the fasteners rust quickly but holds up to strong winds and perfect for about 10 people to comfortably relax with out many bugs.
Suggest anchoring all rails and securing mesh at top with something like glue

This product is well engineered and…

This product is well engineered and went together well. It was packaged very well to avoid shipping damage. Every part is labeled with a sticker and the instructions are clear when you learn how the diagrams show you what to do. Not a lot of words but once you understand the pictures and coding it went together well. I asked two questions to Purple Leaf and they responded quickly. The questions were: what box are the instructions in (box 3) and what size masonry bit to use on the concrete anchors (10mm). Very pleased!

Replacement parts

I have two Purple Leaf umbrellas and one got damaged in the wind.
I communicated with Customer Service to identify and receive a quote for the parts.
The communication with Customer Service was professional and response time was excellent. One part was missing some hardware when I received it but the missing items were immediately sent via FedEx.

I would recommend Purple Leaf umbrellas for their quality but also point out that their Customer Service group is top tier!

i purchase 3 umbrellas which were well…

i purchase 3 umbrellas which were well built and beautiful...during a violent storm about 6 months ago two of them suffered broken arms...totally my fault! for not closing them beforehand.i kinda fixed one of them myself but the other are weren't fixable without new parts. purple leaf sent me replacement parts for free when i should have paid for them.they are great!!!

Umbrella Canopy Replacement

Ordered a replacement canopy for what I thought was a 9' square cantilever umbrella. Customer Service contacted me to ensure it was the right replacement. After several measurements and pictures, it turns out I had ordered the wrong canopy. Good thing they double-checked! Excellent customer service - and patient.

They delivered fast and product was great. We ordered 12 stools. They even checked with us before shipping because we had ordered so many and different sizes. I appreciate them checking with us to make sure we didn't order in error. Would buy from them again.

I purchased 10'x 14' gazebo

I purchased 10'x 14' gazebo, I'm 66 and had a friend help me with the installation. I found it well engineered, sturdy. It took us 4 days,but the weather was extremely hot, so that made it a little tougher. I would recommend,well build and nice to cut down on the blazing sun rays

The company was good about responding with an option to replace my torn canopy. It took a month or so, but they were good with responding when the fabric came in. Fortunately, it was a great fit for what I have.

What great customer service!

What great customer service! I’ve owned my 10ft umbrella for enough years that the fabric began to tear and fray. I had trouble finding the correct replacement on the website so I emailed and called…and they were so helpful. They even called after I ordered to make sure I did it right and made a correction to my order before it was sent. Fabulous work and product!
