Purchased something. Didn't arrive

Ordered this. Hoping it would be here for remembrance Sunday. Had nothing. I've emailed them. No response. And they have taken the money from my account. Absolutely disgusting

I placed two orders. I didn't receive any confirmation. When my orders hadn't arrived 3 weeks later, I emailed them 4 times and had no response. Yesterday, quite by chance I found a small package hidden behind a rose in my front garden, bizarrely!
I opened it and one order was there but not the other. The quality of the product in it was dreadful, cheap and nasty. My advice is don't waste your money, I doubt war heroes or 'purple' heroes see any of it!

Nothing received for a very expensive pin. Have reported to my bank for a refund and also informed the Royal British Legion.
Avoid and go through the genuine charities

Even 1 star is too much. Evri delivered my pins (20£) to a wrong address. Instead of getting in touch with them to solve the problem (like a decent business would do) they left this to me. Evri could not help. Instead of refunding me or replacing the pins they just ignored my e-mails. They have got the money anything else was not important for them. In my opinion this is not a charity but a fraud business.

Scammers I imagine.

Scammers do not ever order from this company they take your money and you get nothing. They do not answer any of your messages. AVOID THEM awful people lining their pockets and not helping the charity SCAMMERS

Purple Heroes and a company called UK Royal Brooches are somehow linked. Look and their website designs. Uk Royal Brooches reviews have the same appalling sound to them.
I ordered They Also Served from Purple Heroes but my PayPal account showed the money had been paid to UK Royal Brooches. Despite emails to both companies there has been no response. Will be taking this scam up with PayPal to see what they can do to help.

Scam. Avoid.

Firstly they should show the 'They also served' badge full size as it is tiny when compared with the website image, secondly they should not advertise it in a display box, as it arrives in a piece of plastic, finally they should respond to emails as I have ordered AND PAID FOR two but only received one, with no explanation and no response to my emails. Final thought: Where does the money go for these highly overpriced items? I naively believed it went to animal charities but now have serious doubts.

I ordered this brooch on 22 February I have had no order confirmation and have heard absolutely nothing
I have now taken this up with PayPal to get my money back
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering so now I am at the conclusion this company are scammers

I, like all the other reviewers ordered from Purple Heroes. It did not arrive on time nor did they ever respond to numerous emails. I too, wished I had read the reviews

I have just discovered these reviews and I am appalled and shocked. I ordered 2 brooches on 3 Nov and delivery in their advert said 3-5 days! It’s now the 24th. Evri notified me it was out for delivery on the 17th and then it disappeared with an apology for not being delivered. Since, I have been bouncing emails to both Evri and horsetribute.co.uk and still not received my goods. I’m 80 - how do I get my money back. Go to bank and ask for chargeback. Report them under the Consumer Rights Act or the police. I feel I have been scammed. Never buy anything advertised on Instagram!!!

I wish i had read reviews too. Ordered 2 badges 2 weeks ago, and not delivered yet. They stopped responding to my mail, so I complained to paypal.

Very annoyed to be honest and we will never deal with them again.

Like all the other reviews on here for this company, the 2 I ordered arrived on the 16th November when ordered on the 3rd. Advertised as arriving in 3 to 5 days, so now remembrance Sunday is over. No box as advertised. I will never trust anything advertised on FB. I will contact PayPal as I have not got the full item as advertised as no box and it is not a Brooch again as advertised. Nit recycling packaging as in plastic bags.Totally false adveradvertising.

Wish I'd read these reviews BEFORE I purchased 3 badges on November 1st , quote "super fast delivery" was looking forward to getting them before rememberance sunday (fail ! ) STILL not arrived apparently in transit. Shockingly bad customer service, found email address, emailed to complain but no reply will not be buying from these shysters again and advise anyone else to do the same, just hope the badges are better quality than their service. Should have known seeing as it was on Facebook. Update, received badges yesterday November 14th and as other reviewers have said NO presentation box as advertised on website, meant to be gifts so if they don't come with box's they should state that.

I really question this company and in my opinion is trading irregularly. The company trades through Horsetribute on facebook the messages received come from PurpleHeroes and the money is paid to Royal Brooches. On all of the websites there are no contact details ie company address phone number or mention of charities donated to ect and when you contact them you get no response. My items were ordered on the 30/10 and eventually arrived without boxes (as advertised) in plastic bags were actually pin badges and not brooches on the 13/11 after the event. Personally I would avoid this company at all costs especially if you think you are donating to charity as they give no proof just words.

I ordered and paid for 2 broaches which I have not received. It would have been nice to wear them today to honour our fallen heroes. Both my parents served in WW2 and it breaks me to think this is a scam.

I ordered what was described as a brooch, on 29th October and money was taken. After at least four emails, I finally received it today. It was not boxed, as is shown in their ad, and nor was it a brooch - it was two tie pins stuck on the back. It seems like a scam to take the most money before Remembrance Sunday. Who are purple heroes? Where are the items manufactured?
