I love this company & the products

Still waiting…

I have been getting all of my supplements from Purolabs for years. Their products are not a problem - they’re actually great. However, their service lately has been horrendously below par. In the past they would respond within one day; hours, even, and deliveries were always made on time with Royal Mail tracking. But, now it takes days of chasing to get a response to simple queries. Their deliveries are also so delayed, and they no longer provide tracking numbers. They use a disabled tracking number which tells one nothing of use. My last order was dispatched 5 days ago, and I’m still waiting.

I’ve now cancelled all of my subscriptions with Purolabs. It’s a shame because I do really like their clean, informative and clearly-labelled supplements, but their drop in service has made me go elsewhere. Thorne is a great brand (healf.com).

Meno complex

I found the website easy to use. Very clear and helpful details about each product. My purchase was the meno complex and am on the second month of use. After the first month it had helped to take the edge off of hot flushes and night sweats, so I am hoping the second month will see a greater improvement.

I received an order without realising I had signed up for a subscription. The email went to my junk box, noticed it after order arrived. I have purchased many orders previously I did not need anymore vitamins...
I emailed them several times, explained my situation to return the goods and reimburse to my account £71.00. I didn't receive any response...
Not happy at all with this service. I have been ordering from them over a year.

Beware of setting up a subscription

Beware of setting up a subscription. I cancelled mine within the terms and conditions. The cancellation was acknowledged but at the next despatch I was charged again and sent goods. Tried to contact them several times for a refund but absolutely no reply and I haven't been provided with the required refund authorisation code. There's no phone number available to call them.
I'd considered just temporarily cancelling and restarting next year when I've used up my overflowing supply of Vit D.
However I would never use this company again. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a refund or to send a reply.
