I have been a member for over 15 years, don't get a lot of surveys but qualify for most that I do get, surveys are on a good range of topics, reasonably good rewards, always excellent customer service from Sam.

purkle until recently have been a very good company to do surveys with , and i have been with them for several years, but about 2 months ago, towards the end of may, i applied for a $20.00 reward, and received nothing !! then i was sent one that had NO MONETARY VALUE ! I sent another message to explain that it was worthless and never received a reply ! I seem to be getting ignored as i have sent several requests for months and nobody wants to help me? THE last 2 surveys they sent me i could not do as there was no start survey button, that was about 4 weeks ago and i have not received any surveys at all! so much for looking after disabled people like myself, HEY SAM !!! Bet you ignore this like you have ignored me?

In the past Purkle has always sent requested e gift card reasonably quickly but this is no longer the case
Several weeks after my last request I am still yet to receive it and after contacting them on numerous occasions for assistance have had no reply

Not a Company I would ever recommend. Most Companies pay out with an EVoucher within minutes if not hours, this Company takes nearly 10 days if not longer and to get an email or reply back, is near impossible. Their rewards are absolutely rubbish, I wouldn't waste my time or effort

Thank you Sam from Purkle for the excellent customer service. Surveys are simple and easy to go through while getting rewarded and help to improve customer experience for companies at the same time. Purkle is highly recommended for those who has some time to spare to help others.

Why is it so hard to make contact with PURKLE, what is the point being a member if you can't make contact with them. I do think PURKLE appears to be a good company, but WHY is it so hard to make contact with them!!!!!!!!

Not very happy at the moment, Ive been trying to login for nearly 1 week now and I keep getting an error message, I deleted cookies and search history and have been getting the same error, it just won't let me login, I'm not even getting an error to say wrong password or wrong email, I just try to login and it just stays on the same page, now when I tried to login this morning it's the same thing but now it's telling me to RE-ACTIVATE my account !!!!! WTH... I NEVER deactivated it, why would I deactivate my account when I have at least $90 to redeem !!! c'mon guys SERIOUSLY and even when I tried to re-activate my account the website just stalled.

A great survey site, easy to use, most surveys have a progress bar or a good estimate of how long the survey will take. Also, I really appreciate when it recommends not doing a survey on a mobile and using the computer instead.

From all aspects this is a great survey outlet to earn some extra coin!

I had a great experience with Purkle so far. Joined a few months ago and always get interesting surveys and great rewards! There is always someone on the other side to answer requests, which is not always easy to find.

Love this site,Regular surveys on topics that are relevant and interesting. Good rewards and easy to redeem. Fast processing of orders and overall a very rewarding experience

Signed up with Purkle recently. I'm enjoying the variety of surveys and understand being screened out of some due to the selection criteria needed. The surveys are easy to navigate and it's great to earn a few extra dollars .

I signed up to purkle a few months ago and I am enjoying the regularity of the surveys, the length of them and the payouts for them.

I signed up to purkle earlier this year, so far I've been pleasantly surprised by it. It was very easy to sign up to, easy to navigate the website. The surveys I have participated in are interesting and I have enjoyed my time with purkle so far.

Purkle have a variety of surveys that are regularly sent and are great because you can choose the survey you wish to complete based on survey length and reward opportunities so you make it work for you.

Fantastic way to earn $$$ to put towards groceries

Happy with the surveys I have been offered though I have been screened out on quite a few, would be nice to know why.

I am so happy I joined up to purpkle. It’s great! Surveys vary so some are worth more when I have time otherwise can do a quick survey here & there. Every little bit of cash rewarded helps. Highly recommend!
