Still dealing with Purisaki. Sales Dept. told me to ring U.S.A or London’s Customer Service Dept. I cannot call as phone doesn’t permit Overseas calls. They should call their own Company, anyway, not me!
Now they want the old Order No. From February when I ordered. When contacted, they said that I hadn’t got their permission to return the 4 unwanted & unordered boxes. This is incorrect! Of course I did to receive a sticker of RETURN to attach to the parcel and was given address to their Wetherill Park hub in Sydney. Never heard from them after that, except by reply to Trust Pilot’s review. Attached is a screenshot of the sores caused by the patches. (How do I send this Screenshot?)

Save your money!! May as well stick a band aide on your forehead as it will work just as well. When I first purchased, after I finalised purchase, I realised it had put me into a subscription that I did not authorise, so be careful, there must be some fine print that I missed. Otherwise I have been using for 6 weeks and absolutely useless

I received immediate response from Support when I was first told by them the extended handle would fit the original Synoshi, which I already had. When received, it did not. However, once I sent pic, they said they were wrong, gave 70% discount on PRO. So I ordered the new version with attachments. Looking forward to getting it and using with extended handle. Brought 4 months supply, after 1 month I lost no weight, even gained 1kg. So I used two patches a day for the next month and still no weight loss. Disappointing to say the less. The only weight that I lost was from my wallet.

BEWARE ITS A SUBSCIPTION SCHEME, AND my package arrived saying I could not return. Have been using these daily for a few months and NO change - actually have gained weight. They are like printed fabric. I don't know if they even have anything in them. Packet says Manufacturer is in Lithuania, BUT says patches are made in China!! I cancelled my payment through Paypal but it still went through!! Not impressed at all.

Over the many years I have been on this planet where in todays world the old fashioned service we used to get is gone... NO ITS NOT.
