Garbage company - Avoid, especially if you are Canadian
I purchased one of their very expensive percussion massagers last year on the advice of a physiotherapist and it stopped working recently. I reached out to the company and learned it was due to a bad battery. They are not replaceable, but the company offers a repair service for a fee.
Unfortunately, they don't support Canadians at all. The customer service rep told me "these are in stock on our website, so just buy a new one" because it's too expensive to ship back for repairs. I wasn't even offered the option, because I am from Canada. Why sell a product in a country if you are not willing to support it.
You are essentially renting your device for a few months for $200 until the battery dies as a Canadian and this company doesn't care about you or their products in the slightest.
