I had searched every dry herb vape store I knew of looking for a particular item for my latest vape but no-one had it in stock. Then I came across Pure Vapes and to my delight they had it. I encountered a glitch with the order process so called them up and spoke to a lovely guy who went out of his way to help me and was also very knowledgeable about the product. He helped me with my order and within a couple of days my purchase arrived. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience and definitely recommend this store.
I’m so disappointed and I’m not one to complain however, I feel I have to !! the vapes are making me feel tired. Even the ones that said they had energy they say they lasted 400 puffs ( lie ) they literally last a couple days and then they start smelling burnt and that’s how you know that your vape is about to die and that burnt fume is going inside your body and at that point that’s scary these vapes have done nothing with they said they do for you!! at the time I was desperate so I got them and I got a good deal but now I know why it was a good deal because these things are terrible i’m gonna go through a different company. That’s actually FDA approved because they are not but I like giving small businesses a chance, but this was affecting my health I mean I was getting extremely tired and I take green tea vitamins all the time that energize me I was just blown away on how tired I would get in the dreams I was having the dreams were absolutely horrible , it was like PTSD dreams I really hope that you people read this stay away far far away. I wish I could get my money back, but they would never do such a thing
Bought a vaporiser that does not work properly from this company, phoned them up to explain the problem only to be laughed at and told if I send it in to them and it turns on they will just send it back to me, could not seem to grasp the fact that it did turn on but didn’t heat up properly.
The person on the phone was basically just taking the p*ss out of me
