When I switched to Pure Talk I was not sure what to expect. The price was great and the promise to not raise my bill for as long as I am with the company was very enticing. So I switched. I have three phones on the system and so I have questioned the other users what they think. Non of us can even tell that we switched from on of the huge carriers. We have never had any problems. Customer Service us great (if you even need to use them). This has been one of the best moves I have ever made. Our family are Pure Talk customers for life. Thank you!

I am mixed about Pure talk. The voicemail takes too long to check (we don't need to know what phone number the call originated from.) otherwise the service is great.

Easy, understandable english speaking customer service. No long wait times. reduced price, by a lot. Importantly my reception and coverage improved markedly. I switched from the company that advertised you could call from anywhere and call them from your location; I couldn’t because my location where I lived didn’t have coverage after they went to 5G. Voice mail goes to carrier instead of my iPhone. Support didn’t help me move it back. I do not like having to dial carrier, go through the menu tree, etc. etc. I want it on my iPhone so I have messages tied to my contacts where I can read or listen
Better than Verizion and T-Mobile
I was stuck with Verizon for years with a several hundred dollar per month bill for 4 phones. Finally I moved to T-Mobile for a more reasonable rate on 4 phones, however; when the time came to cancel and move 2 of the phones to their own lines (children) all of a sudden the cost per month tripled even though there were only 2 phones left. Cust service with T-Mobile was useless. Moving to Puretalk was seamless. I ordered a SIM card for the remaining phone (3rd phone was moved), put in a T-Mobile request to move my number online. When the SIM card arrived I installed it, activated Puretalk, initiated the number transfer and like magic it all was done. This all took place over the web without talking to anyone and took less than a hour. Could have taken less time than that but I was slow and cautious making sure I was doing all the steps correctly and in the correct order. I was so happy that I didn't have to talk to a T-Mobile customer service person for 2 hours and not get anything done.
