Really refreshing to have great customer service. A quick and human response, options offered for a faulty showerhead. Very simple, no hassle. I could upgrade, replace or have a refund. I opted for paying a bit extra and the upgrade which has more settings.

Problems with post office when losing returned goods. Company made great effort to follow up and ultimately gave a credit note as a generous goodwill gesture even though they had no need.

Great filter that fits onto your shower. This filter has saved my hair. Being on spring water and being blonde wasn't a good combination resulting in green hair and condition not great. Started washing hair with bottled water until I came across this wonderful filter. Recommend to friends also on spring water with blonde hair and they have also purchased this filter.

The shower filter has eliminated the smell of chlorine from the water. Very pleased with purchase. Thank you!

I’m genuinely obsessed with the PureShowers 7 Spray Handheld Shower Filter Head. It’s an amazing, lightweight shower head with seven different spray settings, and I honestly love them all.

The jet spray is so cool and powerful it is feel refreshing on the skin and useful for cleaning. Another feature I really appreciate is the trickle spray setting. It works perfectly when I only want to wash my hair while standing in front of the bathtub. I can reduce the water flow using that setting and then resume full flow easily, without having to reach over to the faucet every time.

It’s practical, easy to use, and makes showering much more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best bathroom upgrades I’ve bought.

Bought a shower filter, very powerful but when changing the beads it began spraying in all directions. After contacting customer service it was replaced, very happy with purchase

Ive purchased from pureshowers more than once and they are extrordinarily helpful, very knowledgeable with regards to the products etc. When we couldnt fit our initial shower head, they went beyond the necessary to help us. Great products and customer service. Would def recommend them.

The filter unfortunately had a cracked filter cap the company responded to my email promptly and posted a new one the next day. Everything working okay now

The customer service I have received has been impeccable, I initially called and the receptionist over the phone was so helpful and within a day or 2 of my call the technical team contacted me. They always provided prompt responses, helpful information and checking up that I understood the information they provided me which was clear and easy for me to understand.
I am so happy I went with Pure Showers for my filter as the customer service is great and the price is also great!!

Answered all of my (many) technical questions honestly, and responded very quickly. Did not try to 'sell' me on the product but left me to decide, after gathering all the facts. I felt that this company is managed with integrity, can be trusted and is very professional.

I’ve used PureShowers filters for years.
It’s a very effective product and the email reminders when it is time for replacement is a good service.
They need to be replaced more often though if living in a hard water area. My opinion.
So If you don't want to be poisoned by the scandalous money grabbing water authorities then buy drinking water and shower filters from PureShowers.

The tap faucet is made from cheap plastic. The filter only lasted for 4 months & when I replaced the filter the part connecting it to the tap became loose. There customer service was terrible, they only answer their emails every 24 hours, I was told to refit the filter as per instructions - never crossed my mind to do that! Eventually after 3/4 days of emails their advice was to try plumbers tape. So it's still not resolved, I have a broken filter & I'm having to resolve the problem myself. They are not helpful & shirk their responsibility to the customers - they couldn't care less. I will not use this company ever again.

Awesome service. Very quick delivery. I was sick of smelling chlorine in my shower water and this has fixed the problem ! Fast flow but gentle on skin. My nail tech said my hands aren't as dry as usual. My little Granddaughter said my face felt soft and they didn't know i had a new shower head ! Easy to fit and my patches of dry skin are much improved with just a few days of using ! Love it ! Very highly recommend. This deserves 100sof stars 🌟
