Horrible quality, not worth the money, company doesnt respond either.

As many, I saw pure orthodoxy on tiktok. I thought this company was a good quality company considering how much they charge. I paid half price for my veil down to 11 pounds. Once i get to checkout they ask for another 8 pounds for shipping. (I live close to Germany and that is a ridiculous amount.) It took over 3 weeks till I heard anything about my parcel. I tried contacting them multiple times but suprise suprise they do not respond. Once it finally arrived randomly I was relieved. That was short lived as when I opened my veil up the stitching was bad, the veil wasnt straight it was wonky, they did not cut off parts of the cross stitching which meant there was little pieces of white hanging off the crosses. The quality of this is shocking and I am doing a full refund. For the price they charge you can find better quality on Shein for half the price. Take your money somewhere else.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Even though it is hard to read, this kind of feedback is exactly what helps us improve.
We are truly sorry. The shipping delay, the lack of response to your messages, and most importantly the quality issues you described including the stitching and the uncut threads on the crosses are all things that should never have happened. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to and we completely understand your frustration.
We want to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at +49 176 84166275 and we will personally ensure your refund is processed immediately, no questions asked.
We are a small growing brand and we are actively working on improving our quality control and customer service response times. Your review will directly contribute to that process.
We hope you will give us another chance someday but either way we owe you a proper resolution first.
Warm regards,

Pure Orthodoxy Team
