Paid for a client never received. No replies to emails, nothing even shop is crap at replying

Bought a crystal bowl, got it 4 weeks later because 'they forgot ist' - I had to experience that it was sent from china and had minor quality. I bought in in Germany - and I had to send it back to USA!! and had to bear the return shipping costs. So - please don't buy there, they don't have warehouses in Europe!

Absolute scam!! Paid and never received. Wrote an email 3 months after paid; the reply “ they are being lovingly made” . Not quite sure where coz they were lovingly made for me!!!

Terrible. Purchased my singing bowls during labor day weekend and SILENCE. They said they would be able to customize my bowls, as they were a gift, and now I’m out $50 and the website is now down. Just going to let miss karma do her thing 🤞🏻

SCAM no product and now every link taken down.

Total scam, why are they supported on social media to do this?
Do not bother wasting hard earned money on this company else you will be scammed as well.
Very convincing at the beginning, but totally disgusting, ignoring any messages thereafter

I saw an Instagram ad for the singing bowls, put in the order, waited weeks. I did get a response that it was on its way, but then I just checked the link and there’s nothing:( The fact that Instagram did not vet, this company is insane to me.

I’m not easily tricked but they got me , avoid at all costs, answered queries to begin with then disappeared and all posts and links removed, I checked reviews and looked into it but it’s all a very well thought out scam.
Isn’t it great you get banned from Facebook for an opinion but they can scam people out of money and Facebook do nothing,

knew straight away it was a scam, please avoid.

Absolute scam! Wish I had dug deeper before ordering. No responses to emails. No updates. No tracking number. But sure took my $50cdn right away! Now all links and their website are gone / invalid. Happy f—-ing birthday to me. Bunch of wankers

Ordered a bowl 2 months. 2 weeks ago I contacted the site and had a reply stating my bowl was ‘being lovingly handcrafted’ and nothing since. Have tried again and nothing and like others the tracking gives no information. Definitely a scam and definitely avoid.

Pure Music is a scam... after ordering and waiting for the tracking to update, I reached out. No reply, then every link that was live before no longer existed with an error message. Promoting on Instagram, these companies should be vetted for authenticity. Lesson learned.

this is a scam got conned for a set of sound bowls

I have the same experience as several others. Ordered products 1,5 months ago and nothing has happened.
No responce from customer service. HAve tried to contact shopify who is handeling the shop but this is even harder than getting reply from Pure Music..
SCAM don´t do it....

Scam Site. Ordered bowls 13th September. Which it yet to arrive. The tracking has not been updated in that time. I’ve researched the shipping company “Yun” which others have said is a scam. The company say they will do a 30 day money back guarantee but I’ve contacted customer services numerous times but no response. So much effort went into this scam site. Disappointed
