I am a repeat customer and received the same great service on my most-recent order. My order was shipped on the day following my order and was received in South Carolina two days later. Shiiping charge was very reasonable. Product (Respiratory Defense Complete) is great.

Went to order some Jr. D hist from this company because the one we use is out of stock. They sent some emails about policy change but I didn’t read close enough, I kept wondering why they hadn’t sent me an email in regards to shipping my order. I finally called and was told that because we aren’t patients of the clinic they can’t sell us the actual item I ordered. However, they would take the item I originally wanted and put it in a bottle from their clinic with their label and send it to me-they assured me that the medication is the same just in a different package. I told them I wanted my money back and they are in the process of refunding us.
If this is what they are going to do they need to put it on the website or something so people know. We’ve tried to order this Mrs through other companies but can’t because they specifically say they are for providers to order etcetera. I’d just like them to be more up front.

I had the same experience as many others. Bait and switch on the Ortho Molecular products, and not responsive about the refund until I called. Don't buy from them!

We are a supplement shop that was started by a pediatrician who is actually one of the formulating pediatricians on the Ortho Molecular Prenatal Vitamin.
We have worked one on one with Ortho Molecular for a number of years and still do to this day.
We honor the terms and conditions that Ortho Molecular has put forth and adhere to these due to our relationship with them.
They are a well known brand and supplement company and we are honored to work with them!
We monitor every order that is placed
and we reach out to you about our private labeled medical grade supplements that we have available if you are not a patient of our office.
As for your email and not responding in regards to your refund, these are the reasons we did not get back to you within 30 mins of your email response from our email reaching out to you.
Being that we are located inside of a Pediatrics office we are closely monitoring email throughout the day but many times we are assisting other patients and their family. At the time of your email arrival, this is what we were doing.

I've ordered from Purely Integrative before (Ortho Molecular brand). Then they changed the terms and conditions so could not order from them unless I ordered their brand. That is fine, however, now they tell us that they are a pediatrician office and you need to be seen there. If that is the case then state this information on your website.

Ortho Molecular's products are medical grade supplements. They require you are a patient of the office from which you purchase their labeled products. Purely Integrative is a brand that is affiliated with a pediatrics office.
We do offer our private medical grade label to serve our customers. We monitor every order that is placed and reach out accordingly.
In previous orders, we have emailed and spoken via phone with you explaining Ortho Molecular's updated terms and what we are required to follow. For all of your previous orders we have refunded per your request.

I had same experience as what others have reported here. On their site they had the brand I wanted - Ortho Molecular Products. Then got email saying they wanted to ship me their brand instead. I called and said no and they did refund my $, thank goodness.
Surely this can't be legal!!! Pretty sure they're breaking some significant laws here.

Twice I have attempted to order a product by another brand only to get an email stating that they aren’t able to fulfill the order and offering their brand as a replacement. Worse yet, they still charged me for the order and didn’t refund me until I reached out to them.
