Love the product and was a long time customer. Business owner was the worst, terrible customer service. I spent $$ on several of their fragrance bottles- 2 of which came in the mail completely broken and leaking everywhere. The owner did nothing to safely package. She refused to replace or refund as she is a "small business owner."
