Really nice sales guy, not pushy, but confident. Fast installation, again really nice installers, Downside, carbon monoxide alarm not fitted, faulty thermostat, repeatedly called , still not resolved, 4 weeks later.

John was very polite and helpful clean and very efficient in the way he worked I’m a retired Toolmaker so I was trained in look and learn as an apprentice and as an engineer you are always watching and learning. All in all John is a very good technician!

Sam and alf were amazing. Installed our new boiler even moved it to somewhere different all within a day and a half. Very reasonable prices and very clean and tidy. We had a small problem with one of the radiators that was sorted the very next day. Would def recommend.

So today a lovely young man named John came to fit my new boiler, he was so efficient professional and clean I cannot praise them enough they quoted for the boiler on the 13th November and fitted on the 14th November thank you so much amazing service x

The speed that Ricky attended to review requirements was unexpected but much appreciated as no heating or hot water. The team who undertook the installation 3 days later on the Saturday were on time, friendly and respectful to the home thank you Sam and Alfie and did not leave until the boiler was in full operation. Recommended. Very professional from start to finish. When he first came to check out my house, Ricky brought a useful information package, which enabled me to choose exactly what components would be installed. Useful payment options. After care has been important when a few adjustments were needed.

Superb service all through our boiler replacement.
Ricky came to our house and took time to work out what we wanted and told us how much it would cost without any pressure.
The installation was carried out by Sam on time and completely satisfactory. Hot water only working at present, UK summer temperatures are high so no need for central heating.
Looking forward to reduced heating costs compared to our old boiler, a Potterton Kingfisher we should have replaced ages ago.
All through the process Pure Heating have been easy to contact and their work on the day and costs have been superb.
Highly recommended and we will use them again for the hot water tank replacement. (We did not want a combi boiler)

We found them extremely helpful regarding choice of boiler and from date of enquiry to installation was very speedy. Spent time familarising us with the app and the controls of the boiler. Similar price to other companies. We have only recently had this installed but very pleased so far.
