My First impression supposed to be the red flag but give 3 times for benefit of the doubt. Puregold sucks don't shop here unless you want to be treated like a thief.

You know the saying first impression, Yeah my experience I always give them 3 times cause I'm not a monster. But this store takes a cake really everytime I go on the store I always got treated like I'm gonna shoplift It's like wtf. My grocery there always total to 5k to 10k everytime I shop feels not nice cause literally like being targeted I shop there all the time but feels unwelcome. Last time with my dad and my dad was pissed at them for wearing baseball cap and its not allowed literally out of no where my dad got heated at the security lady. It's like every time you go umbrella, the bag from there store when you bring heck even the cap is not allowed, maybe next time your not allowed short pockets its really ridicolous, I hate it. So my dad & I decide even the gas is expensive we go to other supermarket and stay away on any puregold store cause we are not welcome. Maybe they hate money that's why.

Worse customer service

I would like to ask you if the cashiers of your supermarket are the worst people you can find in Davao City. Because I have never seen a worse attitude in my whole life. They are extremely disrespectful.

When I speak to your cashiers in English, they completely ignore me like I am a ghost and instead speak to my wife who DOES NOT UNDERSTAND the local language and tell them to speak to me while they continue to insist on speaking to her and even chase her when she leaves. I tell them to speak to me several times, but they insist on ignoring me and speaking to my companion, even following her as she tells them to speak to me.

The last time I was in your supermarket, they completely ignored me when I asked them questions. But they speak English. English is an official language of the Philippines. Then why are your cashiers so rude and refuse to speak to anyone who looks different? Is it racism?

Also, your cashiers don't know how to use a bank card properly and respectfully. They take it out of my hand and disappear with it without any explanation. WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. Then, after a long wait, they call my wife to put the pin on it. Why? Why don't they call me to put the pin on if I'm the one giving them the card?

When I go to them to put the pin, they don't give me the card back and don't say a word. They just turn their backs on me without any explanation. Why do you let people who are so incredibly incompetent handle credit cards?

Worse! One of them refused to let me pay days ago because she insisted I show her my ID to prove I owned the credit card I showed her. Do they think I stole the card from someone else? Are these the worst people you can find?

This is the worst experience of my life in any Asian country. Your cashiers make Davao look like a horrible place and promote a horrible service of Filipinos. You are destroying the image of your country by employing these women and giving a horrible image of what kind of people Filipinos really are, leading to a worse image of your country.

Why every time I go to your supermarket and pass by the cashiers, why do I have to go through this amount of stupidity and incompetence? They are all terrible people. It is because of people like them that Filipinos get a bad reputation internationally and then are disrespected when they go abroad. Are they the worst employees you can find? Or don't you know how to choose your employees?

I have never seen such horrible behavior and tremendous disrespect in the whole country and I have been to many cities here. The cashiers at your supermarket don't even apologize for what they do. I think you should fire them all immediately and replace them with competent workers IMMEDIATELY. There is no chance that these women will ever learn anything. They have the psychological characteristics of psychopaths. I would not even be surprised if they robbed your supermarket and robbed your customers.

Just a few days ago, one of them wrote a paper while using my bank card and then gave the paper to another employee before returning to her post. Did she give him my bank card codes?

You cannot work with people like that!!! I will report your company to the police if I find fraud, and it will cost you your reputation if it happens because it will be on the local news. You cannot have employees like this in your supermarket.

At the very least, the next time you hire cashiers, give them an IQ test and a mental health exam. Because I have never seen such a tremendous level of mental illness and extremely low level of communication in this country. I have seen bad customer service, but this is the worst. They belong in a mental hospital, not in a cashier's job. Your cashiers are incredibly rude and mentally ill. But that is not an insult, it is a fact, because they exhibit all the traits of psychopaths and thieves.

You are compromising your corporate brand, you are destroying the image of your supermarket, you are losing customers, you are risking the safety of your customers by keeping these women, and you are destroying the image of your nation with them. You must replace them immediately.
