Virtual card too awarkward to use. A real card would be better. No instructions given. Disappointing.

The very fact it can only be used online is a huge mistake compared to other Comms providers. If I'd have known I would have chosen a different providers offer NOT using Purecard.
In reply to Purecards generic reply - "Our card works very much like a Mastercard and can be used online in a number of retailers"- well my personal Mastercard like everyone else's can also work in an actual establishment, so back to my original review and rating of 1 star and regardless of where the 'Purecard" came from it's still rubbish!

It was exceptionally complex to obtain the reward card. Then when it did arrive I set up an account and once set up I could not log in for ages.

Despite trying to use it on a number of occasions, it didn't work!

Well I have not spent it yet as I'm not sure we're to spend on it can you use like normal card or not or is it just on line if so can not see the expiry date on there

The main problem is it is not a physical card, nor can it be moved onto phone app. It only works when making a purchase where card details are needed
