Not impressed

The very fact it can only be used online is a huge mistake compared to other Comms providers. If I'd have known I would have chosen a different providers offer NOT using Purecard.

In reply to Purecards generic reply - "Our card works very much like a Mastercard and can be used online in a number of retailers"- well my personal Mastercard like everyone else's can also work in an actual establishment, so back to my original review and rating of 1 star and regardless of where the 'Purecard" came from it's still rubbish!

Difficult to use and obtain

It was exceptionally complex to obtain the reward card. Then when it did arrive I set up an account and once set up I could not log in for ages.

Pure Card is a virtual/digital card loaded with funds to spend and can be used online like any other Mastercard.

You can find the relevant card numbers via your login that you created to activate the card under the 'card info' tab, which you use at checkout like any standard transaction.

NOT user friendly

The main problem is it is not a physical card, nor can it be moved onto phone app. It only works when making a purchase where card details are needed
