Doing good, the rewards help me buy my granddaughter a trampoline for her birthday

Used the Purecard for the first time to buy online and everything went smoothly. Exactly the same process as using a personal credit or debit card.

The card is great which you can use to purchase anything. Its exactly the same as using a credit or debit card.

It's been absolutely rubbish. Both myself and my wife have wasted hours of our lives trying to access it. We've been onto BT numerous times which is a soul destroying experience. We've given up now. Keep it.

It was easy to set up but I'm struggling on how to use it and what outlets it can be use in.

The activation process took a bit of time and sometimes the site wasn’t available but the £125 “virtual Mastercard” could be used across several regular online retailers including Amazon.

Reply from Purecard
It is not made clear that you can not receive a virtual card to add to wallet until after card is issued which is then too late. Option to receive a physical card should be presented. Getting in contact with customer service is also difficult as email platform was unresponsive.

Useless, many months of actioning this card, has resulted in a cancellation of our food order the night before delivery. Avoid
Reply, the fact the card was over the limit, was because of your add ons, which weren’t explained at the beginning. Something you need to look at.

Awful, ill-thought out experience. The BT reward card was one of the main reasons I went with BT - a £75 gift card to be used wherever Matercard is accepted. From the 2nd day my broadband went live, I received umpteen emails and texts from BT to say I can now apply/download my digital card and use it - accept you cant as in small print somewhere it says you must be up and running for at least 30 days before you can. The whole card side is totally separate to BT so its hard to navigate/find the details, how to actually use it etc. After 2 weeks I got another email to say Not to forget about my card...despite me being told to wait 30 days. I tried again and it was successfully downloaded, although God knows where I find it, or use it. Its nowhere on my BT account, so have to trawl through umpteen emails from the reward card side to find it. Tried using the card to part-pay for a holiday online (mastercard accepted) but it declined - apparently you carnt use it for part payments. So its still there, somewhere in the etha, sat waiting to be used, somehow, someday.

The log in process is painful by having to get a link to each time and the fact that I couldn’t use it in face to face was misleading sin respect to the promotion that swayed me towards choosing BT as my broadband provider.

Most helpful and kind all the way. This was a good experience, and have had no cut outs in service which gives peace of mind. Well worth the change over. I fully recommend. Many thanks.

Can’t use it on Apple Pay and not recognised to include in apple wallet

I believed I was getting a card that I could use in stores and restaurants, as stated on the website.
When I quried how to do this without a physical card I was told that I could only use the card online!

What's not great about receiving £95 for nothing? I was changing my broadband provider anyway, and this was an added bonus.

Reply from Purecard
It’s a nice concept, but unfortunately not very accessible, not having an app or being able to add the card to Apple Pay really restricts its use which is disappointing, it would be nice to be able to use it in a shop

Card great but hard to use for shopping or anything I wanted. In the end found something but would have preferred it taken off the bill
