bad design that means it falls apart if moved, but they won't admit
I bought an air cooler from this company. There is supposed to be a detachable water tank on the bottom. However, the bottom tank doesn’t attach securely to the top of the unit with the provided plastic buckles, which jam before being able to click them in. Detachable clearly suggests attachable doesn’t it? Having originally told me to attach the two parts together in one of their emails they now claim now that it’s not intended to be attached securely! This means you can’t pick up the unit and move it around you can only roll it or the top will come off and leave the water tank behind. Which is pointless for moving it up and downstairs, or even safely around a room. It is clearly a faulty design, but they deny it. I want a full refund and to return it, but after a lot of emails they will only accept a return if I pay for the postage (to China??, not sure)
