Lost $800 of money(part 2)

Good of you to finally reply, however, as of this writing, it has been over 4 months and I still have not received delivery!! I do not believe this company intends to complete this order, and I will need to pursue means of recovering my losses.

Do not use this website

This website is horrible! They are willing to take your money but not willing to update or give you news about your purchase. They will, however, shove every single flyer, pamphlet, or news about everything else you did not purchase, even though I un-subscribed. I wish I could give them a zero star but you have to five them something.

Stay away.

I purchased a Johnny Silverhand statue for $999. The statue came with the 'Screen' / half of the statue base unable to fit.

When trying to separate the statue parts the base began to fragment. After sanding down part of the base I managed to combine the two part.

The 'buttons' on the statue however had come loose and rattled around inside. Thinking I could separate the two parts of the base, I took my tiny screwdriver; only to discover the screws were just plastic / part of the model and immediately fragmented.

The whole thing is sealed. The buttons don't work. The screws that look like the hold the back on; are decorative. It's a solid model.

Unable to use the buttons, I use the cheap included remote; which despite the plastic-thing meant to keep the battery from discharging; it was dead.

So, I was left with a piece that couldn't be combined and broke in the attempt; a broken control panel and a remote that has discharged.

I filed down the base with a razor. Superglued back the fragments and ordered the some mini-paint to hopefully fix up the last cracks in the base, since I'm unable to return it.

The statue itself is nice. But not $999 nice. After spending hours repairing this still partially broken purchase; I'm left regretting my purchase.

Horrible. Just horrible

Afters months of waiting for my order, it dibally got sent. Atleast, they say it was sent. Because it never came. I checked tracking. It was returned, nevwr even entered Norway.
I sent messagw and they didnt have answers why it got returned, they resent, and just instant returned, and same again. Im not even sure they actually sent it.
I said i wanted full refund. They couldbt do it. They needed to wait for the courier and to find out what was wrong, i then didnt hear anything for over a week, i sent a message asking for update. Tok half a week sithout even an answer. I didnt get an answer befor ei sent s new mail saying i want a refund( they sure dont like the refund word)

So after much waiting, i got message that they had found out whats the problom and can resend, or i can get refund minus 15% and the shipping cost.
So. Not even my foult, it was all their foult and they was gonna keep 15%.
Horrible deal. Horrible customer service, and when the item finally came. It looks nice, but not close to the quality expected for that price

I ordered a 1000$ Pontiff Statue, Not what Expected

I ordered a 1000$ Pontiff Statue. I expected some prime quality when I received, though when I got it, it was stiff and the pieces didn't fit. The light didn't work and the crown shattered when we picked it up. Cape didn't fit on him, nothing. So I contacted them promptly, they were courteous I'll say that much. I had to destroy the statue in order to get a new one, which made me question the true value of these statues. So I did, then when we received the second one, the light STILL didn't work, everything else fit, thankfully, except the cape, which had to break in order to fit on. Though I gave up and just contacted them in order to receive a partial refund which they gave me 20%. It's beautiful, but for it's flaws, it's not worth 1000$.

I’ve been a loyal customer of PureArts…

I’ve been a loyal customer of PureArts for years, having ordered statues worth several thousand euros, and I’ve always been satisfied with the overall quality—until my most recent experience completely changed that.

I never received my last order and immediately contacted customer service. It took them over 8 months to propose a “solution” that was not only unfair but also illegal: they wanted to refund me with a 15% deduction and refused to reimburse the shipping costs. For a loyal customer, this is beyond unacceptable.

When I informed them of my right to a full refund, they refused. I had no choice but to involve my credit card company, which now seems to be resolving the matter in my favor. However, PureArts’ response to this was to ban me from placing any future orders.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I can no longer recommend PureArts. I will also be leaving an honest review on relevant platforms to warn other potential customers about how this company treats its loyal customers.

Misleading prices

Terrible customer service. They had a sale advertised on the front page and in my cart but checkout reverts to full price. Customer service unhelpful. Disappointed.

Very long delivery delay and poor customer service!

We pre-ordered a statue for more than 2000 dollars and had to wait a whole !two years! for delivery. New delivery dates were announced again and again and not kept. You get the feeling that Pure Arts takes your money and doesn't care about the customers.

Furthermore, we recently received a second figure that we had also pre-ordered a long time ago. Unfortunately, we had to realize that the SERIAL NUMBERS on the box, the figure and the certificate DO NOT MATCH. The individual parts of the figure also do not fit together correctly. It seems that the parts of two figures were mixed. Unfortunately, Pure Arts' customer service doesn't care about this at all. We were told several times that nothing would be exchanged and that the problem would not be solved by Pure Arts. Conclusion: If things don't go well, you are completely on your own and don't get what you paid for.

Bought the cyberpunk 2077 V statue. Great support.

Bought the cyberpunk 2077 V statue. I had a problem with statue I received and even though I had bought the statue through a third party, PureArts went above and beyond the call and sent a replacement to fix the problem.

Very positive experience. I would buy again, but directly through them. technically, they were under no obligation to help since I had bought my V through another vendor.

Great Dark Souls Statues

Really love Purearts Dark Souls statues, recently received my Yhorm 1:12 size and it's brilliant, fits the vibe of Dark Souls 3 perfectly, just like their Pontif Sulyvahn.

Great costumer service

I ordered a Johnny Silverhand statue and it arrived fast but I had a defect in my model. Purearts were kind enough to offer a replacement free of charge and replied to my emails very quickly.

Thank you Purearts!

Terrible Fit, Stressful Support Process

I purchased the SOUL EMBRACE SIEGFRIED 1/4 SCALE STATUE DELUXE EDITION statue and was so excited for its delivery; the art was fantastic.

When it arrived I was able to get about 25% of the way through assembly before I encountered a part that clearly would not fit. I had done the standard procedure of letting the parts sit at room temperature so this was a surprise. On closer examination there was absolutely no feasible way to make this part fit into the slots and magnet it was supposed to match; it would have had to be bent at a 30 degree angle for that to be possible.

I contacted support and was met with an automated response warning of a high volume of emails and warned of delays. Their CEO had tweeted to expect about 48 hours turnaround. After a week of silence I followed up and within 3 hours I received a response suggesting to warm the part with a blow dryer or equivalent. I carefully used a heat gun but the part was so out of spec that it was insufficient; ultimately the part broke after following their advice.

I decided to proceed with the rest of the assembly to see the result, and I got lucky in that the broken part sat behind another part so it wasn't a big deal. But I almost immediately encountered a second part that was even more out of spec. This was a series of branches that fit into multiple slots and holes and magnets; it was a very intricate and complex design with multiple points of failure if anything were warped. Clearly PureArts needs to improve their QA on these parts, especially these most complex ones. I got lucky with this one too in that I was able to use the heat gun to line it up with just a few key slots and those provided enough support to keep the part standing up. Unfortunately if you inspect the part closely it's obvious that the part is quite far from where it's supposed to be seated, but for a passing viewer it's acceptable. I can't imagine the amount of precarious heat treatment that would've been needed to make this align with all slots, and that easily could've caused irreparable damage. It is unacceptable to expect customers to have to use tools to warp the parts after delivery in order to assemble an expensive statue.

I checked around and found a video of someone else with the same statue who had many of the same fitting issues; perhaps this is why their emails were so backed up.

Ultimately I decided to call myself lucky and not pursue any further support. Given the incredible delay in response and the other reports of poor product support for broken or warped parts I decided I would prefer to leave the statue as-is and simply never buy another PureArts statue.

Please understand that if you choose to buy from PureArts you're taking a gamble and you're likely to be essentially on your own or out of additional costly shipping expenses if you want a proper statue. Also please familiarize yourself with their return policy (search for PureArts return policy) as this is what you'll be subject to if you aren't lucky with your product.

Won't get what you paid for

1 out of 5 Statues actually delivered and the 1 delivered is broken. Contact customer service who tell me to gorilla glue the statue together, this is despite their terms and conditions stating if your product arrives damaged do not attempt any repairs. When replacement is requested they have taken 48 hours so far to request this but nothing has been done. The missing 4 parcels was told yesterday they had to wait until today to follow up with the courier but now today they said the order never left the warehouse and they don't know when it will. To top it all off was charged 597USD for shipping. Customer service does not exist after sale has been made.

Very delayed delivery, damaged on arrival, 8 months for cheaper/rip-off version of what was ordered.

Placed order for Orlog. Item didn't arrive for many many months. When it eventually did arrive, it was damaged and defective. It took them 8months to send a replacement. The WOODEN Dice Bowls that are still shown on their website to this date, that they've sent me a replacement for are actually replaced by PLASTIC cheap looking Dice bowls.... In addition to this, the main Orlog Box replacement itself, they shipped me the box itself with no internal lining to place the various game pieces in. So it's literally a wooden box... Will NEVER order from this "company" again and STRONGLY recommend you do not buy ANYTHING from this "company".

Super Delayed Orlogg Order

Ordered the Assassin's Creed Valhalla - Orlogg gameboard on August 10th 2021. It's been on the shelves of my local video game store for 4 months, and I still haven't received it. What a joke. I've requested a refund in hopes to just pay the $10 price difference of the game at my local EB Games. Better I buy it store then wait until I die of climate change, before it arrives in the post.

Deceptive company.

Willingly put the information that their kickstarter would have VAT charged AFTER the campaign (which might even be illegal here) in the FAQ instead of the main page. Vital information doesn't belong there. Also claims they put it in their past updates, but the only one I could find that mentioned that were after the campaign closed. Very deceptive.
