Scammed me out of 40Quid , hope u had a nice dinner for my money you useless company , i have been contacting this company since 16/09/2026 the number on their website does not work!! does not exist! As for the emails they all get aired! got one resposne now theres Not 1 reply what so ever i feel Scammed would not recommended this company to nobody Altai shilajit pure utter crap website. scammers money grabbers that dont respond!

This is a great product. Iv used various different products and this is by far the best so far. It passed the taste test, passed the water solubility test (co.pletely dissolved)and passed the burn test (bubbled, didn't burn and went ashy). Delivery was fast and product is superior.

High quality shilajit and competitive prices. I have this every morning and night in my tea and I can really feel the effects

Amazing product! I've been taking shilajit every day for years because I have ME/CFS and it really helps with my overall health but also gives me a much needed boost of energy.. I found Pure Altai a few years ago and it's the best and the most reasonably priced. It's hard to find organic and third party tested shilajit - this one ticks all the boxes, plus the jar is great and it tastes amazing..

Highly recommend this company, I did have an issue with one delivery (it arrived smashed) but they responded quickly and sent me a new one. More importantly their products really are first class.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE Not professional at all and the telephone number just rings and rings no one ever answers it and the email falls on deaf ears as you never get any reply. So if you have any problem you can't sort it out unless you contact your bank to do it!!

I received my first order and have a question about the product. Although I have emailed twice and left a voicemail, I haven't received a response. Not a good look, and certainly will look elsewhere when reordering.

I have been using Pure Altai Shilajit from August. After spending a couple of days on research decided to buy this one.
I had adverse reactions after taking a vaccine.  I lost my hair,  eyebrows and partly eyelashes.  I  have been struggling for about 2-3 years to get back to normal. 
My eyebrows recently started growing,  I have some new "baby hair" and my nails are growing really fast. I am having a regular manicure every 4 weeks,  my nail technician thought that I had delayed my appointment as the nails were much longer than usual after 4 weeks. 
I feel the benefit from shilajit regarding my cognitive functions.  No brain fog,  no tiredness, and great mental clarity. 
Shilajit also improved my metabolism. 
I've stopped taking some of my regular supplements like zinc and  potassium since I've been taking shilajit.
Let's talk about customer service...I can only say: Amazing!
I have contacted them on Instagram a couple of times,  they were helpful,  responded promptly and answered all my questions. 
I will be their returning customer for sure. 
If you need a legitimate product,  do not hesitate to get this one. 
More to add, it's based in the UK. I am more likely to use independent businesses rather than buying from huge retailers.
Fast delivery and what is worth mentioning, very sophisticated jar/designed. I love having it outside in my kitchen.
