STAY CLEAR
STAY CLEAR. I had made an order 10 months ago for a starter motor for a Peugeot Boxer 2013 . It was offering a 5 year warranty so felt really safe going with this company . The starter was put in and was going for a while and now after only 10 months it has failed or it is faulty . I got back in touch with the company asking for a suitable replacement or a refund so I could buy one more suitable to my vehicle. At the time of sale I give them my van details and they matched there starter with my vehicle so I purchased it . They have now told me I had ordered the wrong starter motor in witch they matched it up with my vehicle at the time . Told I was my fault and that the warranty does not apply as I ordered the wrong starter motor . I had showed them proof and they stil did not take responsibility. They have now blocked me from getting in touch with them regarding this issue . I now have my work van in tge garage in pieces keeping me from work til this situation is sorted out and I now have no choice but to purchase a new 1.
