Prompt Service and great Selection of equipment

Easy to use website found my item without hassle
Order process was quick and simple and item arrived 3 days later really well packaged.

Had a brilliant experience as a first time customer. Amazing customer support, had an issue with my order, immediately got a phone call from Chris to work out a replacement item and it was sent a minute after the call. Needed some extra screws and washers, they immediately sent out a replacement bag, free of charge, with a pile of hardware. Genuinely didn't think customer service that good was a thing in 2026, I'll definitely use them again & recommend to everyone buying racing sim equipment.

I was a little apprehensive to order from Puresims as I am new to sim racing and hadn't heard of them before. That said, I am so glad I did.

I sent an initial email asking about stock levels and received a prompt and accurate response advising stock would be back the following week. I received an email notification when the stock was available on the site and promptly made my order late Wednesday evening. I received my package Friday morning in a well protected box with my delivery instructions clearly printed on the outside as our property can be difficult to find. I am very pleased with the items I ordered.

I have had a first class experience using Puresims who have made it easy for someone to begin their joruney in sim racing. 5 stars, I will be back for more!

My experience with puresims was excellent.
I ordered a product on Christmas day and the website stated delivery's would be shipped on the 5th of January. My item actually arrived a few days before new year so it arrived early. I couldn't have been happier about this.
The package arrived and was well packed also which is something some companies forget about, but not puresims.
I can't recommend this company enough and will definitely do more business with them in the future.
