I ordered a laptop. Before opening it I contacted customer service and asked them if they could apply the promo code from the one I received to one I found that I like better. They said no because it was expired. That order was literally over a $1000. I’m even okay with a senseless $35 return fee. It was like come on. It’s not like it was the only thing I ordered. Then I ask if there is anyone else I can talk to and get completely ignored all on top of the fact they were using an interpretation program of some sort on their computer so they weren’t even understanding half of what I was trying to say. I answered the same questions 3 times over. Get it together for real.

They continue taking / stealing your money out of your check. My coworker has been dealing with this for 3 months. Every week they tell her they'll fix it and every paycheck there's more money and a different amount taken. It's ridiculous. Customer service is a joke and they resolve nothing. Go straight to BBB or FTC. They suck

It’s the shipping fees… we all know that the cost of the items are marked higher than normal, but then they go and add a $15 shipping fee on top of that… and that’s for every single item… and even if you buy the same item twice.
The so called promos they have never work on anything , and the spend a set amount to save … is ridiculous. All I can say is once again a merchant has figured a way to get over on the people… always claiming to be in the name of help… but it’s not helping us at all… not when we are being overcharged three times… but it’s a choice and now that I see the light this will be the last time for PP
I contacted PP about a shoes I returned and they charged me shipping fees for … and they stated I was charged because I stated I didn’t like shoes… and that was totally incorrect… I returned 2 pair of shoes one I bought for self a size 8 and another a gift a size 9… the size nine I bought on the app was a burgundy colored shoe… when I got the shoe the shoe was purple… I stated that in the reason for the return for size 9… and the size 8 was flopping of the back of my heel which was my actual shoe size and yet the shoe was still too big.. and I still was charged a return shipping fee for both… bottom line is what I stated in the earlier part of this review.. PP is to pricey and the shipping fees add to it

I ordered a ps5 for my grandson for Christmas I checked the address information it was all correct before submitting they sent it all the way to Tallahassee Florida and then requested it be sent back so I called they sent out an replacement now the same thing has occurred and I’ve contacted purchasing power and they even confirmed the address these people are dumb as hell never a supervisor around or manager so now my grandson isn’t going to have his ps5 for Christmas and charged me both times and nothing has been credited back to my account yet

On almost any item you select, you can look up the exact item and purchase it for cheaper either at a big box retailers website, the brands website, etc. Basically just a weird website for companies to debt trap their employees lol

I have been a user of PP for some time and find that its very convenient! I was going to order a few small items and saw that I was going to be charged $17 to $20 for each individual item to ship. This accounted for more than a 1/4 of the total price of the items or $71 dollars. I would understand if they were oversized items but a Polaroid camera, 2 rolls of film and a pair of shoes???Why are you charging so much for shipping on each item? This is robbery!

I purchased a $500 rental through purchasepower and when I went to pick up the rental I was asked to put down a $300 security deposit which I did not have. I made sure to check the policy and look at all the fine print and nowhere did it say that I would have to put a $300 security deposit. On top of that the vehicle was a small beat up bucket with no rims, didn’t even look like a car that belonged there. I ended up having to walk all the way home and it was freezing cold, so cold I couldn’t even move my hands. I called purchasepower and they said they can’t do anything about it, so I just paid $500 for nothing at all, straight robbery.
So I did go back to try and get the rental the next day, I had the security deposit but I still wasn't able to get the rental, they told me that the pick up time had expired even though it hasn't been 24 hrs yet and they knew I would come back but they still canceled it on me. I been really sick from the day I had to walk home in the freezing cold, Ive been out of work for a few days now also. Purchasing power keeps giving me the run around and telling me theres absolutely nothing they can do about it, but this wasnt my fault at all, I did everything I could possible do on my end. Ill never use purchasing power again everyone beware

I bought a Gucci bag from purchasing power… (stupid on my part) After some time I went to resell the bag. The bag could not be resold because it could not be authenticated. I was sold a fake bag. After months and a lot of phone calls, they did take back the bag and returned my money. However, they reapplied my refund to another order. Now they continue to take money out of my paycheck for a balance that’s been settled with the refund. It’s been quite a nightmare. I think purchasing power does intentionally sell some unauthenticated merchandise so buyer beware.

I will never purchase anything ever again. I spent nearly $5,000 with this company on a few items for my home. In less than a year a Samsung Microwave I purchased with a 3 year warranty plus a year warranty with the manufacturer also, and neither one helped with repairs or replacements. I was told to call a repair guy and I would be reimburse for my trouble. What a protection plan AllState has which I also Purchased. Thanks Purchasing Scammers opps I mean Power.

I’ve had repeated issues with this company, and the most recent experience was extremely frustrating. Over the past week, I tried multiple times to book flights through their platform and was met with constant errors. I tried from both my phone and my laptop — same issue.
When I called support on Monday, the representative told me to try a different airline and attraction. I switched from American to Delta (much more expensive) and even tried attractions near both my destination and my home. Still nothing.
On Tuesday, I tried again with no success. I chatted with a representative who was very polite and even tried escalating the issue, but she also couldn’t complete the booking for me.
By Wednesday, I called again, and the representative I spoke with showed little effort to help. She only suggested trying a different airport, which also didn’t work.
Meanwhile, flight prices continue to increase, and this company already charges higher than booking directly with airlines. They also tack on an extra tax fee, even though taxes are already included in airline pricing.
Overall, this service is unreliable when you actually need it, and the support team doesn’t seem capable or willing to resolve issues. Very disappointing, especially since this is the vendor my company requires us to use.

Phone listed as blacklisted as of 9/5/25. Had August return. But reciever was ill. Only now able to set up
They were most unhelpful. Scolded me about return window. Did not fully understand the situation.
Now have to wait 3-5 days for what resolution.
BOTTOM LINE -SOLD A BLACKLISTED PHONE...IT'S NOT COMPLIANT WITH APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

Update: since this review and BBB They attempted to call for a resolution. Issue is they were called by recipient then myself with no results. Called them back today, nobody answered. BUYER STAY AWAY

Being charged for an item that showed delivered and I did not get it. On top of that they don’t want to offer refund or replacement. How would you feel having to pay for something you didn’t get? Awful company!
I sent an email with my phone number to the email address provided so let’s see if they will case close again. Most likely because as far as I see it they prefer to be dishonest to make you pay for something you did not get. I will not stop until I get back my money.

I booked a cruise
On 8/8/2025 I booked a cruise for my daughter and myself. Got the confirmation for the Booking. I logged into the cruise line after that to check. The cruise line had a message stating that they were waiting for Purchasing Power to secure the room within 72 hours. When I checked on the 8/15/2025, the cruise line did not have any record of my booking. Purchasing Power failed to secure the booking. When I talked to Purchasing Power on 8/18/2025, I was told that the cruise line cancelled my trip due to inventory mix-up(Not True). Then I talk with someone on my break 10:16 am today, 8/19/2025. As I was talking to a rep. who was giving me aq choice of 2 rooms that were left, another rep was calling me. After selecting the choice of room, i was told it was ok. When I checked the cruise line, didn't have a record. I called Purchasing Power back and told me that they refunded my money because I didn't answer. again(not true). now I have to wait days for my credit to go back to my account , and of the type of room we wanted will not be available.

I recently purchased 2 new iPhone s from purchasing power and both phones came locked making it unable to be added to my cellphone carrier. I was told to contact the carrier and when they could not help, contact Apple. Both could not help me. I have purchased from purchasing power before many times and have never gone through the issues I have incurred. Both phones have been sent back and 2 other phones sent to me with in the last 2 weeks. Same issues..although it states u are purchasing unlocked phones that is not the case. Customer service is no help and I will be sending yet again the phones back and getting a credit to my acct. It will be a long time before I purchase anything from purchasing power again. I hope this helps some else's before they decide to purchase any iPhone from them.

I’m going to continue to write reviews until I am done paying for a product I never received because it was stolen by the warehouse or Fed Ex! iPhone 16 for over a $1000 including all the extra fees added on by PP…just bc they can!!! I might continue to write reviews until I retire.
I used to faithfully use PP. I was almost close to using them again until I seen I was still paying for a product I honest do not have.
A young pleasant guy by the name of Da’shawn called me and told me he would contact me after a meeting he was having with his supervisor. He assured that he was going to help. No calls or emails returned.
I have been trying to get this issue resolved since March, I believe. Nothing!
Instead of giving me a good contact, someone will reply by asking for sensitive information like an email address knowing good and well Trust Pilot does not allow that.
I work extremely too hard for the money I make and it is not enough to give away for free.
Good luck to those loving PP. Hopefully you never encounter life and you need them to act as if they care and not money hungry.

Trying to purchase my refrigerator with Purchasing Power has been the absolute worst! I am now on my third replacement order with them because they have failed to deliver my fridge (or a non-damaged fridge) since July 1st. It is now 7/29/25 and I still don't have my refrigerator, but Purchasing Power has taken it upon themselves to charge me for 3 refrigerators!!! This is unacceptable and the worst customer service experience. I have been told that I will receive a credit or refund once I receive my order, but who knows when that will be at this point?! They will not take any accountability or fix the issue on my payments - everyone I speak with keeps telling me to wait 5-7 days for an update .... but it has now been 28 days.
Do not use Purchasing Power for anything!!! You are better off paying interest & using a credit card or another financing method before even considering using this scam of a company.

I have ordered a lot from them over the years but what I received today will be my last order. It was an unsealed ring cam with no protective packaging in a damaged box. The item looks ok but it clearly has been opened before. In this day of affirm and other payment plan options this charging 2 x the price of the items for mediocre items and service is not worth it. I did get exercise equipment and those orders were fine but their sparsely populated website lately indicates to me they need to rethink their business model.
