Buyer Beware: Pup Dose Doesn't Stand Behind Their Products
I had a terrible experience with Pup Dose and would not recommend this company.
I received my order with all three bottles completely shattered. Glass and vitamins were leaking throughout the package, making every bottle unusable. While opening the package, I even cut my finger on the broken glass.
I contacted the company four separate times, provided photos of the damaged shipment, and expected a full refund since none of the product could be used. Instead, they only offered a 50% refund, despite the fact that 100% of the product was destroyed. After several back-and-forth emails, they still refused to make it right.
A company should stand behind its products and take responsibility when an order arrives completely unusable. Unfortunately, Pup Dose did neither. The customer service was disappointing, and I will never purchase from them again. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Caused vomiting
I bought the dental powder for my 3 year old dog. After one dose he was throwing up all night. My dog has never thrown up in his life.
I'm so disappointed at the genuine discomfort this caused my dog.
I will not be using this product again and a waste of $60aud.

Poor product and doggy business practices.
First off, I should know better than to buy anything on FB as I have been burnt too many times. That being said I was impressed with the claims and the supposed reviews all which I now feel where bogus. The company did a shonky on me and even though I paid through PayPal it did not show up as a subscription service, ie a new jar is dispatched every month. As soon as I was alerted to the next pending shipment I immediately send them an email to cancel. Didn't read it or ignored it, either way 4 days later the jar was dispatched and my PayPal account debited. I cancelled my account and PayPal refunded their charge.
Regardless the stuff does nothing in my opinion, my dogs breath is unchanged, unfortunately. Don't buy is my recommendation.
