I am writing to formally notify you that your company is operating illegally by offering gambling services to Dutch residents without a license from the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit – KSA). As such, you are not authorized to accept players from the Netherlands, and any deposits I have made with your company are unlawful under Dutch law.

I hereby demand a full refund of all deposits I have made. Please be advised that I have already engaged legal representation to recover these funds. Previously asked a global exclusion on the Damagi brand casinos but operator has not inplemented the ban at all. Casino is under Cucarao license and they seems to do absolotely zero checks for casinos so. I would list this as a criminal casino operator. Bank anti money laundering team has been involved.

Bad place. creditcard info got copyed and my bank can see 2 withdrawl exatly same time, one for casino and another one with same ammount but in usd istead of euro...
