Taken for a Ride
Purchased phonecase Nov. 12,2025. Money was extracted from my bank same day.It never arrived. They stated it was lost in shipping only shipping company never received item, therefore it was never shipped. Cannot contact Punkcase. AI doesn't work properly, nobody answers phone and mailbox is always full. Contacted BBB and still did not get response from this company. They flat out stole 41.98 from me.

Terrible customer service that is always a robo message. Calls go unanswered with no call back. I placed an order on 12/1/2025 and here it is the middle of Feburary and still no case and ne response. Great product that I have bought from several times but never again. It's a shame to see this happen with a great company.

I placed the order 10 days ago. It is shipping from Brooklyn NY to PA. No way to track the order since they chose DHL to make the delivery. May have been 5 stars, but right now it's 1 star. I would be willing to re rate if/when the package ever shows up
UPDATE!!! I tried to email, no response. I tried to call 3 times. Right to voicemail and then a message saying mailbox is full. Goodbye! Then went to PayPal and filed a dispute. Described my fruitless attempts of resolution and uploaded copies of the order confirmation email. The "tracking info" which showed the order I placed on 2/1/26 still was not delivered to DHL. Screenshots of all 3 attempts to call from call log. Screenshot of the email I sent warning them to respond with an update in next 12 hours or I will file a dispute with either my Visa or PayPal. Whichever I need to do to not be victim of this scam. I received a refund from Pay Pal within 60 seconds of submitting the dispute. Score one for the good guys! Thanks Pay Pal! Don't let yourself be "punkcase"d. Fight back and make them refund your money! Never had to submit a dispute thru Pay Pal, but it was impressive and makes me want to use it as a protection shield for other shady operators... like PUNKCASE. May your thieving Punkcase buttocks be licked by the eternal fires like a pig roasting on a spit! Karma will catch up to you, you rotten soul-less bastards! 🤬😡🤬

Worst service ever
Ordered 2 cases, both are the wrong case and color. Completely different then what I ordered. Disputed the charge because they now want me to pay for return shipping for 2 screwed up orders. What a joke!!! Do not waste your time here, cases are ok but the service for there mistakes is useless. You'd be better getting a case anywhere else but here.

I ordered case 10.2025 got case it wouldn't work for what I needed. So I asked for rma expecting no hassle returns as website claims .. took them almost 12 days back n forth in emails . The received it Nov 2025 sent email asking about it then they start saying the case isn't in stock I could accept 20%off to keep the case.wth I sent the case back sent proof of delivery in attached PDF as well as order number and even options for a case I could use if that would just send replacement to me and since then now it's 3 months into the crap emails and still no credit refund store credit or case I wished I seen complaints before. I assumed since other sites like walmart and amazon ebay and others that they were legit ..bottom line they are not in this country as they don't even seem to read the emails and definitely don't open attached pictures or PDF files showing then the truth about the issue but nope I have issues talking so I email and nothing ever don't buy it's waste of money
