You can see by their feedback they are utterly useless, let me begin to say they are NOT UK BASED!!!

They are a USA Company using a U.K. domain to trick and mislead people into buying there disgusting sub standard cases be very aware what you buy and where from.

Be on your guard your see there negative feedback states it all!!

Thoroughly incompetent company. They sent the wrong case, cheap one of a different colour.
Hopeless customer service.
They expect you to pay return shipping to the USA for a refund or to be sent the right product, even though it is their fault, and this would leave me out of pocket money wise.
They send loads of replies to your email that are just standard replies, not actually dealing with the issue.
Keep your money and AVOID!!!

Ordered the punkjuice case, what load of rubbish, stopped working after three days after waiting forever to recieve it.

They have not responded to any of my attempts to ontact them , return said case.

Appalling avoid like the plague🤬

USA based company fraudulently posing as a UK company with a .co.uk web address , says no where they shop from the USA. Needs reporting to trading standards and removing . Avoid at all costs.

I don't get all the bad reviews. I was skeptical after ordering and looking at the reviews, but the case arrived as promised within a few days and it's good quality for the price. Can't complain.

Like other unfortunate customers I have been scammed. Sent me the wrong case, said I have to pay shipping even though their fault. Luckily PayPal covered me shipping costs but then they denied they received item back. Luckily I did tracked delivery so they then changed tack and said item discontinued even though still advertised on their website. Then they only offered partial refund. After lots of hassle they finally did full refund, one month after I thought I was ordering i never actually got. Avoid avoid avoid

Waited 2 weeks for a case which were supposed to be UK based only to receive the wrong colour. Bit annoying when you spend £30 on a case.
Doesn’t seem like fantastic quality for the price and they won’t respond to my emails asking for an exchange.
Steer clear !!!

This company portrays itself as a UK company but ships from the states. You don't find out until after you order that it could take upto 6 weeks for your product to arrive. The customer service is incredibly poor bordering on arrogant. They simply do not care about customer care or service. Such a pity I cannot give a lower score to this awful company. I've ordered an alternate product from amazon that is cheaper and delivered within 24 hours.

Absolutely awful!! I received a different case. I asked for an exchange and I was told I need to pay for postage back to USA even if I ordered from a UK website. I asked them to provide a return label and they said they don't do that and to just write return to sender on the envelope and will be returned to them...what?? After a few emails they stopped answering so now I am out of pocket and left with a cheap-looking phone case!

Phone case broke within a day, very flimsy, I emailed the company, I still have had no response

Their website might list the product in UK, but the case is sent from the US. You will end up paying £10 in duties on top. So unless you want to pay an extra 25% you should avoid if in Europe.

Wish I'd checked Trust pilot first. Case 1 stopped working. In fairness they replaced it. Case 2 works but is now disintegrating and they are not responding to my protests. The product is expensive but neither its quality nor that of its supplier are

Ordered from this bunch of numpties sent a totally different Item
Now they are being a*seholes about refund do not touch with a 20ft bargepole

They sent me the wrong case and customer service are ignoring my emails and messages on social media. I wish i had checked trust poilot first! Buy from anywhere but just not these guys!

Firstly, was sent a different product to what I ordered with no explanation. Secondly, returning the product for a refund would be at my own cost. Finally, all attempt to explain and solicit some fair response was met with silence. Extremely poor service and will not be using again!!

Got a wrong product. After 7 weeks. Was told to return it on my own expense. Customerservice horrible.

Please dont buy from this company just one big headache. They sent a completely different case which was scratched and fogged up. When I complained they wanted me to return it at my own cost to America not UK. Or they said just pop it in the post and put return to sender. The cost to return was more than half the price of the case. I kept the other one the front screen saver keeps lifting up it is not interested as they say and the writing on the stand has all rubbed off. Also when I worked out the price on the envelope the postage was not free as advertised when you converted the price of dollars to UK pound. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I brought a case from the Uk website, I then got hit with a custom fee because it came from America. Then ask for a refund this because I was unaware of this. They then said it wasn’t there responsibility!! Absolute scam! They also delete all bad reviews and only leave only 5*
