I suspect this is a scam. Sign up worked since it hits your credit card ... then the site never works. Try to reset password, never sends (not in spam or junk). Type any question, and it says, "Sorry, I encountered an error. Please try again."
This has gone on for literally months - signed up fall 2025 and March 2026, still same error. No way to contact support either.
