Accidentally used wrong ID for KYC, account instantly disabled.
Accidentally used my old WA state ID (WA is not allowed) and account was instantly disabled. Giving me another chance to do KYC instead of instantly locking my account would've been nice. I will update the review positively if support allows me to redo KYC with the correct ID. This is incredibly frustrating after I won over $400 on Pulsz and now am stuck waiting for support to respond to my ticket.
