I am an insomniac with chronic pain
I am an insomniac with chronic pain. While I gradually realized the benefits of my Pulsetto, when I recently had a charging issue with my unit & went without it for 2 weeks it was blatantly obvious how beneficial it had become to restful sleep and decreased pain, migraine & neck pain in particular. I am so glad to have it back & be sleeping well & migraine-free again. Customer service couldn’t have been better!

I had a very confusing order situation with my Pulsetto device. I received a second one that was not ordered. Andrew in customer service guided me through the return process. He responded to all my emails and questions immediately and helped me get things resolved.

I was skeptical but am very happy with results after 4 months. Noticed the 2nd week I was able to stop biting my nails for the 1st time since I was about 3 yrs old. Sleep better. Helps with headaches.

It’s working. Make a cheaper version. Simpler app. All of the sessions are the same. Wrapping it in a language describing different ailments is just window dressing. I’m not sure it helps the product

Even though I'm not seeing results yet, I have great faith in the product and the company.
This is a quality product at a fair price w good science behind it. I've been scammed a couple of times in my quest to regain health from long covid so im grateful for your integrity. I still haven't done more programs from the internet w Pulsetto, just doing basic program. When my brain wakes up, pre frontal cortex, I will be able to figure out the internet part. It has helped me, my mother, my uncle, and my aunt. My burnout symptoms, PTSD, leaky gut symptoms, and overall resilience are improving a lot! 🥳
The 10% reason why I hesitate to fully recommend it is because buying the device (which is quite expensive) does not guarantee access to all the functions people buy it for. The company decided that some stimulation sessions are “basic” while others are “premium”...
I already sent my suggestion to customer support asking them to include full access to all stimulations with the device purchase, AND I ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO THE SAME 🤜🤛

I legitimately feel more relaxed quite quickly once the device is activated. Paired with music or a guided meditation within the app, and I can let go of stress.

Haven’t had communication directly either the company but Pulsetto prior to bedtime is improving my sleep quality. I’m not convinced yet, but it may be easing off a migraine. Sure hope that plays out to be the case.
