It wasn’t until Trust Pilot followed up on my poor review that I received feedback right away from Pulse of Potential. Due to their involvement I was finally, after over 30 messages, contacted by P o... See more

I contacted Pulse of Potential twice within the stated refund window to request a refund, following the refund instructions on their website (emailing with my order number and reason). Their policy states that refund requests will be reviewed and that customers will be notified.
I received no response to either email. The issue was not a dispute over the product itself, but the complete lack of any reply, which made it impossible to pursue a refund under their own stated process.
I’m sharing this to document the company’s nonresponsiveness rather than the product.
Edit: 2.4.26 I appreciate the response here. This has been (I think) now been resolved by email, as my third message to Pulse of Potential got a reply. Ultimately I had to ask them to honor their refund policy 6 times, as they avoided the specific request and wanted me to accept partial discounts or store credit. After the sixth explicit request for them to honor their stated refund policy, they agreed - however, the refund has not yet shown up on my credit card statement (they mentioned it might take a few days) so I am still waiting to see if this is indeed resolved.

For Christmas, I ordered the weighted Koala for my grandson who has ADHD. When it arrived, I wrapped it for Christmas! He was absolutely thrilled with KOKO. However, my daughter noticed that one of the eyes was broken . I wrote the company, sent pictures and they shipped me a new Koala immediately!
I am very pleased with their customer service and my Grandson loves his Koala!
Thank you Pulse of Potential. E. Cameron

I ordered it in early November as a Christmas present. It arrived January 21st. I did contact them and they refunded my entire amount. So at least there is that. Concerning the product itself, I ordered the Highland Cow weighted hugger. The fur is scratchy and makes my daughter itch. Would not recommend.

I have to give a 5 star review for this company.
Despite there being a slight mix up with my Purchase they rectified this straight away and treated me like a valued customer. Wonderful to deal with and new huggable family are worth every cent!!
Highly recommend Pulse of Potential.

I reached out to their customer service several times by email and they never reply. They shipped my panda to the wrong address and will not make it right. Of course I got charged. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact them but I have been totally ignored. Don’t buy from this company.
2/1. Today I received the panda at the correct address so I am very pleased. The only issue I have now was that the communication was poor. The panda is very nice and my granddaughter loves it! I will now give this company a 4 star rating….

So the items are great. But the quality leaves a bit to be desired. I have contacted the company on this issue, and will see what happens, and will update rating depending on out come. But after 3 weeks the "Pookie The Panda" stitching has started to come away where the neck joins the body, i now have a 2 " hole and can get to the stuffing, which after a such a short time, and only been used by an adult is very disturbing. Will see what they come back with and will update.
Update 28th Jan, Customer support have been intouch and are working to resolve the issue with a replacement, which is excellet customer service. This do go wrong, and the mark of a good company is how they responed to make things right and this one has its nailed. I will updated again once the replacement has arrived and update rating.
Replacement unit received and looks to be in great condition. So well done for sorting out the issues. First class customer service.

They’re scammers. They don’t disclose that they ship from China and then when your package never arrives, they refuse to refund you.
Edit to respond:
I’ve already contacted you about this several times. There’s no use in emailing you any further. My package never arrived and you (or what seemed like an ai bot I always spoke to) offered a measly percentage back. Not even a full refund. Luckily, I reported this seemingly fraudulent company to my bank and they refunded me. Let this be a warning to other potential customers.

pookie is soft and snuggly and gives great hugs
medical research tells us we need at least a minimum number of hugs a day for good physical and emotional health. Pookie is part of my personal health program

Haile the highland cow is adorable, but I found the fur too scratchy. The huggability and light pressure are perfect for anxiety and ADHD symptoms! The arms are a great length to wrap around, and they stay put. The 4 stars are due to shipping, the packaging is poor. The product is tightly stuffed into a rolled plastic envelope with lots of tape and is hard to open for fear of harming the item. Customer service is helpful and responsive!

I received my sloth and I’m very happy with it. I never received the paperwork that goes with it but I was told it was on its way. I have no complaints.

It helped calm me when I was feeling overwhelmed. It's lovely. I would love to get another one

I ordered 2 of the Koalas and received 2 sloths instead. After contacting customer service they immediately sent out the 2 Koalas and let me donate the sloths. I was able to bless 2 people with the sloths and they were very happy. My Koalas arrived and they are so soft and adorable with just the right weight in the arms. I bought one for my 98 year old mom and decided to keep one for myself. I am enjoying the peaceful feeling I get by having it around my neck. I would buy again.

I absolutely love my sloth. I use him when I am reading a book or relaxing, the weighted arms are like a huge hug and really calm down my anxiety when I am overstimulated.

Great quality. Really soft and cuddly and it really does feel like a mini hug.

Awful!
The product isn’t what I expected.
The weight is only in the ends of the paws/arms/legs.
I checked the cancellation/returns page and it said you could cancel & return an order within 14 days. I hadn’t used the product all tags were in tact. I emailed to cancel my order.
They replied saying they would give me a 20% refund and to keep the product.
I said I wasn’t happy with the product and wanted to return it as per the 14 day cancellation period.
Before they replied, they changed the website & then told me the best they could do was a 40% refund.
I checked the website and found the change saying now the 14 day cancellation only pertains to EU countries, of which the UK is not.
I emailed to say this was unacceptable customer service, but with good tone. They reiterated that the best they could do was a 40% refund.
Absolute rip-off! It is not weighted as they suggest and a 40% refund without the chance to return the product is unacceptable.
Personally, I would avoid!

I have Sunnie. I love her! She sits on my bed and is so cute. When I go to bed, I sleep on my side. Her weighted hands enable the arms to wrap around me and actually cuddle. I am 70, and have always hugged a pillow while sleeping. This makes me much happier and sleep well.

Purchasing the Panda was very efficient and it arrived in Australia quickly.
I bought it for my niece who suffers from Angelman Syndrome and who can get very anxious at times. She is non verbal.
She absolutely loves her weighted panda (as do the rest of the family), for its comforting hug and won’t leave the house without it.
Thank you for a marvellous product.

Smells of chemicals and multiple stuffed animals have tears in their legs.

I have ordered a soft toy plus some books and while there was a problem with my order (one item didn’t get delivered), and communication with customer service was a bit delayed (Christamas/NY break) I cannot say anything negative.
Quality of products is outstanding. Everything that didn’t go right was resolved within acceptable way and time.
I strongly recommend.
I have slept so much better with weighted toy.
