Great company , even better staff
I have been with Pulse for a long time, the company are great to work with and I have never had an issues over the years.
They are made great by their people and in Alex, my account manager, they have one of the very best.
Alex is efficient, patient and always on hand to help - everything I want from someone looking after my account.
Would highly recommend Pulse if you are looking for financing / invoice discounting options

Great Working Capital Support
Good systems, responsive support at any time, routines work well, urgents are never too much trouble, we have had a year of close support from Alex our account manager who understands our business and who time and time again has run the extra mile for us - it's been a great experience and one we would highly recommend

Factoring as it should be
Really helpful and attentive - quick to respond to questions. Pulse have invested time to get to understand our business and as a result the level of service is really very good. Very competitive rates.
Overall a very good team to work with.

Pulse Cashflow Finance does exactly what it says in the tin. - Fast - Transparent - Fair.
You know exactly what you are getting with PCF from the start, all very honest and transparent right from the beginning.
The PCF team worked closely with my business to ensure the debt turned within our agreed parameters, successfully collecting some older dent in a very short period of time.

I find that our new Client manager has…
I find that our new Client manager has exceeded our expectations by listening to our requirements and actually delivering solutions that work for us in a fast timeframe. In fact, I believe our service delivery team provide a comprehensive service. I feel that we as a business are treated as valued customers and not made to feel that Pulse are doing us a favour. At this time, I am very happy with the service received across the board from Pulse.
