My New Raspberry Pulse arrived Fully Charged and on time. The product was packed exceptionally and professionally. It arrived when my village had a full day's power out from 730am. Unfortunately I had only 15% on my ph for whole day. It got down to 1% when I picked up my parcel from Australia Post. I was so excited I quickly unwrapped and was amazed that my New Raspberry Pulse was fully charged. I connected to my phone with USB cable and instantly it started charging my phone. HappyMe!!

I wouldn’t suggest anyone buy one , bought duo pack and within 2 weeks they were both broken and messed pulse and said I would have to pay $10 to get reaplased . I didn’t bother and know so many who have bought them and they broke soon after they got it ! Pulse do better

Very disappointed with the Pulse Venus. Even when fully charged it will not charge my phone to 100% from 30%. Certainly wouldn't charge 2 devices at the same time.

I have bought quite a few items from pulse
Charge and have been so impressed I have bought more for Xmas gifts

Another quality product from Pulse to go with the other 6 products we have purchased in the past, The infinity is an excellent charger and well worth the money for the 4 pack, does an excellent job charging the phone, watch and air pods when on the go

I purchased the pulse charge venus duo pack.
At the time there were alot of bad reviews from customers complaining about the weak charging tips that snap off and are not covered by warranty.
My phone was using the iphone charging tip. My partners was using the samsung charging tip, The charging tips did not snap off, but after only 3 months of use, the charging tips became worn and would no longer connect when plugged into our phones. Pulse makes sure that it is not a viable option to get a refund or replacement for there faulty product. I see there adds on tv every day promoting about how good their products are.
This is not the case and they have no back up for their faulty products.

I posted this review on 28/11/25.
I was contacted directly from a Pulse representative via text message 5 Days later on 3/12/25.
Pulse expressed how they would like to have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
After a small exchange of emails explaining the reasons i posted the review and how disappointed i had been with the product.
Pulse explained that all pulse products come with a 12 month warranty, (except for broken tips) and as my chargers were still under the warranty period
Pulse offered me a full refund which appeared in my account on 10/12/25.

I really was impressed that Pulse were really keen to resolve this issue and did so very promptly.

The tips are so fragile. I had one replaced under warranty without question - they were very helpful. The replacement one now doesn’t work, neither does the one I gave to a friend - both out of warranty now. We were both careful with them but they have a very limited life span

Don’t buy this product . Scam . The tip broke second time use . Not covered by warranty .

I got the infinity charger for myself and friend. Duo pack made it value for money. They work really well and so small. Great to put in handbag for nights out.

What a fantastic company to deal with! I had an issue with one of the pulse chargers, I contacted Pulse and they replied within the same day & rectified my problem. Couldn’t be happier with this company their service and the products are fabulous & very high quality, I will make further purchases.

I have bought many charges from Pulse. I love their charges and I am getting quite the collection especially the Venus. The website is so easy to choose. The company is great to deal with and respond quickly to any enquiry I definitely recommend this company

I've purchased a number of portable batteries over the years and Pulse have been the most reliable to date. Highly practical too with all of the charging cables which is handy!

This is was third purchase from Pulse Charge. Their products are first class and the customer service is exceptional.

PLEASE look at my other reviews on the other platforms. Don’t buy these products as they will treat you like a fool or say “It’s your fault not theirs. Simply go to Woolworths or Coles supermarkets to buy the charger cord. They treat you respectfully and will help your immediately if the is an issue. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST PULSE PRODUCTS OR WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will only say it’s your your fault

Received 2 of the Venus chargers
2nd time of using the USB C charging tip broke off in my wife’s iPhone 15
The second charger will not charge my iPhone 12 but the one with the broken USB C tip will charge my iPhone 12
Since this I have read many reports of these failing

I love ordering from Pulse Charge. Their chargers and cables are top quality and delivery is always super fast. Everything is beautifully packaged and works perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone who wants great products with fab colours.

I have 4 pulse rechargers in total. The first two are a few years old and after approx 2 years they stopped charging.
I purchased the latest model approximately 12 months ago, they worked well until now.
The same thing has happened as with the first two. When charger applied to iPhone, it’s starts to recharge but then stops after a minute or two…. WHY?

Very happy with the service and the product s. My gift of one the Venus duos, was a huge success and the fact I ordered one day and it was delivered the next day was a lovely surprise! Very impressed with the service and the products.

Chris, you very kindly looked after us after I told you about a problem we had with one of the charges my wife was using. Sadly, she is confined a bed and accidents to happen. Pam must’ve had a faulty connection with her previous cable charger so we put on one of your new charges and we do not have the problem any more. Thank you again.
