I ordered a PULSE JUMP START COMPRESSOR for my nephew's 18th birthday, it came super quick, looks really good, love how it comes with a carry bag.

I have found the device very easy to use and useful

I ordered two, one for me and daughter, we love them!
They’re compact and easy to use.
I did have an issue which was my fault as I didn’t have a mag cover and the charger “bubbled up” as it was overheating, as I say my fault as I was unaware re this.
I contacted Pulse to report this issue, who were prompt, responsive and kindly provided me with a new one, advising me to get a mag cover which I did, even though they didn’t need to. They fully explained to me why this had happened.
I’m very happy with them and with the way Pulse conducted their business with me.
I would gladly purchase from them again.

I have three Pulse products. My first the battery packs with stand, amazing. I then ordered the charging cable outstanding. My latest the Halo. Delivery prompt with notifications and an Australian company.

Fantastic charger. Works well on my iPhone with a cover on it. Magnet is really strong. Product works exactly as shown. Highly recommend for when you are on the go even for a few days and able to charge without having to carry cables. Thin and not bulky when attached to phone.
This is the third product I have purchased from Pulse and found the quality great, value for money does exactly as described.

The quality feels so premium and it actually does what it says. There's no annoying & messy cables. I’ve used it during a power outage - it was a God send. Definitely one of those products you don’t realise you need until you have it.

The Infinity charger is INCREDIBLE! It easily fits in my pocket without adding any bulk, which makes it perfect for all my travelling. The Infinity charger genuinely saved me while solo travelling. There were a few stressful moments where I really needed my phone, and the charger delivered reliable fast power when I needed it most.

I also purchased the Apollo and it was just as impressive. I can charge my phone and AirPods simultaneously every night, which keeps everything organised and ready to go by morning. It’s sleek and fast charging which is my perfect all-in-one bedside setup.

The Pulse Charge is a fabulous product great to use at home & brilliant for travelling as you always have charge with you. Very small to carry in a handbag or your pocket.

The infinity is perfect slim size and is so convenient while I’m recording videos and taking pictures since it’s wireless! Super cute as well.

I also love my universe charger, since I’m travelling Im able to use the different wall adaptors which has been extremely handy, also lasts super long and is great to charge up my laptop since the battery size is larger! Excited to see what new products Pulse is coming out with this year, can only imagine will get better and better!

I received an Apollo a few weeks ago and I’ve loved it. It’s super handy for everyday use and it saves me having to always be near a plug socket. I would definitely recommend this product to people who are regularly using their phone and often on the move.

I recently purchased a universe charger and I love it. I really like the product, It gives me the option to charge multiple different devices and the delivery process was quick and easy.

Fast delivery, excellent product very happy with the Venus. Great size, 1 in my bag and 1 in the car. Glad I bought 2 of them.

I bought the Apollo 3 in 1 apple charger for my grandson. Works extremely well and exactly as described. Had an issue with it and the unit was replaced with no problem. Cannot fault them.

I purchased a twin pack Venus battery and have already had 1 stop working. Pulse did replace it begrudgingly.
I have found the charging pegs to be very fragile and while the adds make it look as if you can walk around with your phone to your ear charging one bump and it reduces the performance of the battery and damages the connection with the phone. They are a great idea but in my experience not robust enough.

I purchased 3 pulse chargers in December 2025 for my teenage grandsons. Within only a couple of weeks the little metal charger bit broke off. I wrote to the company only for them to tell me this is not covered by their warranty but out of good will they would replace it, which they did. Just last week the same thing happened to the 2nd one! I again wrote to them but no goodwill this time! Wondering why this part of the charger is not covered by their warranty? Surely they should realise this is a manufacturing fault. Looking at other reviews ( wish I’d done this before making a purchase!) this company obviously know this is a problem to so many of their customers and therefore do not cover the problem. Stay away from this product. I am now waiting for my number 3 grandson to tell me that the same thing has happened to his!
