He was conscientious on troubleshooting and worked diligently until the job was completed. He explained what I needed to do the following day and left a contact number to reach him if I needed further help.

I made an appointment for a technician to diagnose what was wrong with my dryer the cost for diagnose $89. This was march 6th. Technician came de assemble the dryer told me it was the hit element and aome other stuff and estimate it to be $415. I told the technician ok thats a lot of money I cant do it, he got very aggressive and disrespectful my son intervene. I told him just send me the link for the diagnosis we not doing the work , me and my son when downstairs he was supposed to be putting dryer back together 5 minutes passed he came downstairs say ok all done and slam the door. Now thi is where it gets crazy I go upstairs and the dryer is on part called customer service not even 5 minutes after he left because im thinking that was quick, customer service said they need it to get the manager approval for someone to come and to send photos I did email pictures now going back and forth well last week a technician comes and he about to test the dryer again im like no it just need to be put back together thats all that we need. Well apparently they didnt told the technician he calls and they say to send pic he did. Now all I did was move the dryer from my laundry to an empty room next to the laundry and they saying because I moved the dryer and its de assemble they cant put it back the technician try to explain to them the same I explain but they didnt want to listen and told him they weren't going to pay him for the job and to leave.aftrr that I called and spoke with a supervisor pleated with him they talking about i de assemble the dryer more and that I told the technician that came to my house the first time to leave it like that because I was going to do the job myself. Wth I asked him who said that he said the technician i say so im the customer is called you guys not even 5 minutes after he left my house and I seen the dryer on pieces but pretty much im laying and he telling the truth well I have emails and call logs and nothing now they saying I will have to pay over 200. Dollars to get someone to assemble the dryer back. Not fair and not worth it. Thanks for nothing puls. Or I should say for costing me more, my dryer was intact now I have a dryer on pieces that no one will like to touch.

Shawn in fact diagnose the problem of valve (water input) very correctly which was not done properly by previous technician. He ran the full cycle of washing to prove his thought. I am waiting if guarantee returns my previous expenses as pump was working correctly but replaced unnecessarily

Phillip went above and beyond in an attempt to find where the loss of power beyond the circuit breaker took place. We have power after the circuit breaker but no power at the dryer receptacle. Phillip requested that I have an electrician trace the wiring. Phillip did everything he could to locate the problem. Kudos to Phillip he is a great technician.

The worst service ever. This company is a scam and I will be contacting the Attorney General Office to file lawsuit against them. I noticed a pattern based on online reviews that other customers are dealing with.
