No contact details. If there was a problem with the order wouldn’t be able to talk to anyone about it. Order was delivered ok.

Ordered replacement clips for a friend to be delivered to their address as I was on holiday. Friend messaged after a week saying they still hadn't recieved then so I double checked my order details and I had put their address for delivery and mine for billing. Home from holiday two weeks later and they had been sent to my address. I've emailed twice to ask why and never had a reply.

Product arrived as described.

One of the tubes had the holes drilled in the wrong place so it couldn’t be secured on one side by the supplied clip. Over the last 3 weeks I have sent 2 emails and contacted them via the contact section of the website but have received no reply.

I did never recieved my order. I mailed two times about this and did not get any reply. I hope i will get one after this review

There has been no stock on the store website for months and no reply to emails or Facebook messages! Is the company no longer trading!?

Great product

Great product, you can perform lots of bodyweight exercises such as press ups, dips, pull ups, chin ups, leg raises, L-Sits, bodyweight rows etc. It can easily be assembled and disassembled for use in the home, garden and wherever you want to get a workout. Was delivered quickly, I’m really pleased with my purchase.

Update: today is the 24th of March 2022. Still haven't got fully refunded. They kept back the delivery fee and a so-called 10% restocking fee, which is clearly a violation of my customer rights. Citizens advice clearly states you have 14 days of the cooling period which is also stated on Pull Up Mate's own website. It is also stated on citizens' advice: "If you paid for standard delivery when you bought something, the seller has to refund this if you return it." My advice is to be careful when you are dealing with them. The product may be amazing but the company itself is cheeky. - I will delete my post as soon I got fully refunded until it stays online!

Cancelled the order before it even got delivered to me but never got fully refunded.

update: Thank you for your quick response Pull Up Mate. I will keep my eyes on my bank account to check if the rest of the full refund was credited to me.
By the way, even though the product got dispatched, it got cancelled before delivery, therefore I'm eligible for the full refund. First, the Pull Up Mate 2 is an excellent product. It was very simple to put together and is robust for larger people like myself (6’2”, 102kg) to perform gymnastic movements with confidence.

Second, customer service was also excellent. I had a delay in ordering which meant stock was an issue, but Craig managed to source a product and storage bags from somewhere within about a week and they were delivered within a day of dispatch.

Great piece of fitness equipment, easy to assemble and very well made. Arrived well within the time specified and when I messaged about ordering the dip attachments which were showing out of stock, Craig responded quickly saying they had a few there and after placing the order they also arrived quickly.
Would definitely recommend the Pull up mate as an addition to anyones fitness equipment.

In 2016, I ordered the first Pull Up Mate product, which was extremely proven for me. I ordered the second Pull Up Mate product this year as a gift for a friend, but it turned out to be the one I kept for myself. So I have 2 in my room. It is very practical and extremely versatile, I can do all the exercises I do in my bedroom. I do not use any other products. It is perfect to me.

Good service as far as i know just takes a while to process/despatch your item. Think it took like 3 weeks.
The courier company they use to deliver the products is absolutely dreadful, didn't get my delivery time slot until an hour before they delivered the item, they left my pull up mate 2 right out in the open on my doorstep, and the boxes were absolutely battered and full of holes, bits of pull up mate sticking out the end.

Really love this item! Lightweight and durable. Simple but brilliant design! Great customer service and super fast delivery. Very happy

I own a pullup mate which I use everyday but it wasn't quite high enough for me to do pull-ups without my feet touching the floor so I purchased the extension kit that raises the height of the bar from 2 meters to 2.3 meters and now my pullup life is complete!!!

My experience with the Pull-up mate company has had its ups and downs. A few redeeming acts and sincere individualism helped to restore my opinion of the company and product to a 4/5 rating. I would caution any new customers to be careful of the shipping and customs costs, especially between the UK and Ireland as it is less obvious (most retailers have found solutions to minimize the brexit burden on their customers) and the seller those not communicate it accurately enough, nor expect to attain credible information which the company will stand by when you get in touch with them. The equipment is sound and can work a treat towards various projects, if creative. It is better to go with the Pull-up mate 2 as the force balancing on the 1 can prove wearing on the structure. Reduced star; The length of time to resolve the issue I experienced with the seller was not justifiable.

This is a seriously versatile, great product that, in its own way, revolutionises home-based personal fitness on a budget. I can see the Pullupmate lasting me for life.

You will not carry it out to the park like in the video,:-), as it's too heavy.

Other than that, I do not find it great for human flag but good for pull-ups of course.

Selling it now as I moved to a flat where I do not have space for it.

Be aware that on the website, the delivery time is 10 to 14 business days to the UK address.

It has been 20 business days and still I have not received my item.
