Abysmal product and customer service. Bought three of these for family members and all failed after 9 and 10 months. Pugz didn't reply for three months and then said they were now out of warranty. Should've known from the off they were going to be crap; when a company pays more for the packaging than the product, you know there's going to be a problem. Fortunately they now appear to've now gone bust so at least there won't be any further people ripped off. Good riddance to bad rubbish...
I subscribed on kickstarter as the whole pitch was about charging on the go. Which works with Android, not iphone. So pretty much useless for me as battery time is woeful - I might get 1.5 hours after each charge.
I have a pair of Pugz and the earpieces are a bit big. The options that come with the product are basically the same size. So if you have some small ear canals then stay away.
I bought another pair of Pugz but decided to return them as I found another website that sold them cheaper. I have tried to return the product but my package has been returned to me after I sen it to an adress they gave me. I have sent emails, contacted them on Facebook messenger and on their Facebook page, but no response. Their customer service is terrible!
Received mine missing size small eartips. None of the tips fit and are too large. I have the leaking version and of course the sound is horrible cause the earphones stay way out in the ear... And fall out anyways. My basic apple earphones work and sound better. Waiting for the customer service to react, we'll see..
Edit: 4 months later no answer from the company, also the volume buttons stopped working properly and only react randomly....
Completely useless. You basically need to use the charger all the time. If you have an Android it is basically like any other earphone, but if you have an iPhone you need to bring a power bank. Audio quality is ok, but compared to other earphone in the same price range it is really bad.
Complete rip off. Going to get jaybird or Bose. Steer clear. You'll only get problems and zero customer service from the company. They basically stole US$119 from me :(
Half year ago I bought Pugz earphones sealed, which I pretty fast regretted.
I could not make it sync with neither iPhone-iPad or other devices. Then I read the internet - trying to find usefull help from other users - whom seemed to be not so happy with neither the product nor the service recieved when taking contact with Pugz.
Afterwards I finally made the headset work for a few hours, but then it lost connection again - for good.
Then I got in touch with Mikaela in their customer service - who helped me in all ways.. I shipped back the headset - and just a few days after she confirmed to me that the bluetoothsender inside was defect - and they of course would swap it... asked if it would be possible to swap to Pugz Leaking instead of Sealed - which they did without problems.
Eversince I had my Pugs Leaking - I have had zero problems - I like the sound in it... I like that I bought an extra charger - I have one in my office and one in my house - and I really like the way it charges through a magnetic.
So... even though I in the first place was shipped a product which did not work - Mikaela flushed all my concerns away, and I am really happy with my product
Five ***** stars from me
Kind regards
