I would give this a 100+ rating if I could they were extremely helpful with my situation 100% good customer services my item arrive and one piece was defective and they sent me 2 brand new pieces instead for the wait and was completely understanding thank you puffingmaster😀👍

Out of all the companies I order from online this one is very easy to work with and check in to make sure I got my packages delivered. Very knowledgeable staff on their products

3 months later still haven’t received my order it finally says delivered and I haven’t gotten it.
Edit: after 3 months of waiting and being given a false tracking number (I contacted the post office puffing master stole someone else’s tracking number and gave it to me ) now they keep harassing me to change the review so here I am changing the review to tell you to stay as far away from this company as possible. You will wait and never receive your product but they’ll send you cheap “gifts” to keep you waiting. Then when you finally ask for a refund they’ll only refund part of the order because “you received some of it “ after making you wait THREE MONTHS and then send you messages about changing your review because “it really hurts them” I ordered from discount e nails and had my core 2.0 within a week definitely recommend them over puffing master if I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience online EVER!

Excellent customer service and service after the sale. I ordered some items that were delayed in shipping at no fault to the seller. The seller kept me informed about the delivery the entire step of the way and even sent a free gift because of the delayed shipping. Thank again for the level of customer support you provided its greatly appreciated!!

I placed the order easily they were the only place online that had the rig I wanted! I was easily able to immediately start tracking my order all the way to my front door! And the rig is as awesome as I thought it would be. I'd highly recommend this store to anybody looking to improve their smoking needs!

fantastic service have been in contact with them via email and ordered a bong where the glass nail itself broke on the glass dome and they sent a replacement very quickly and I will definitely come back and buy from them again

Ok well I did get the item and gotta be honest it works great. Solidly built and easy to use. If it wasn’t for the shipping issues this would have been a 5 star review.
