My Wireless One Hit Wonder and Chugga bubbler 2.0 arrived in good time and was excellently packed! It was so well packed that despite coming from overseas there was no sign of damage on the box nor the glass bubbler. It was and still is the cheapest place to get the WOHW (by a significant amount!) and they even threw in additional items that would have cost me an extra £25-30 from elsewhere

Absolutely great customer support. A piece of the product was damaged during shipping and I messaged them about it and was almost immediately (within an hour) messaged back. They went above my expectations and sent not one but two replacement pieces. Even further, they kept track of the shipping and messaged me on the day it was delivered to make sure the replacements made it there safely! Definitely will be ordering from them again and I’ve already recommended them to several friends.

New XL 2.1 atomizer and heat shield and carb, are awesome! The smoke gathering time is literally like 6 to 7 secs! No twisting the carb. Just sweet dense,mind expanding rosin, live resin, etc smoke!! The new 2.1 parts improved the rig 10 fold.

From the beginning these guys were on the ball! I wanted a ruby twist kit but knew absolutely nowhere to get one locally. I found puffingmaster and that all changed.

We had a little confusion(my doing) and again completely cleared up in rapid time. The guys were on the replies like lightening if id contacted or had more questions. Excellent customer service from the get go.
