I got my merchandise super early and it was as expected as I have a core already jus wanted a just in case lol and the dab pen was an added bonus I’m so happy with my products can’t wait to try the little pen thanks again you all are great and fast to get things out 😆

Excellent customer service and support

Very happy with the overall experience. The person I talked to kept in touch the whole time and actually had conversations with me. Yes it came from China but it took about a week so worth it. No extra taxes or anything. Don't worry about buying from them.

Customer service is genuinely so amazing. They walked me through the entire process since after I received the tracking number at first it was invalid and I was worried. I may also add that the speed X tracking / mailing company is very confusing so just make sure you stay in contact with PuffingMaster if you have issues ! They are so helpful and kept my mind at ease during the process. Everything works amazing and was bubble wrapped extremely well there was no worries of anything being damaged.

Love this company they always go above and beyond to help with anything a customer may need and even emails and follows up to makesure everything is still working well! They helped me out when I had a really unusual issue that neither myself nor the company had seen and I am happy as a clam only a week later! (It only took a week because it comes from China, and a week is FABULOUS compared to other places that ship from China.)

My coil didn’t work and they replaced my coil it with another that somehow didn’t work but also replaced it quickly and also sent me a free pipe . Would recommend to anyone . This company is legit and cares about their customers 100%. Always quick to reply back
